2016-17 Certified Salary Schedule

as bargained by the Bartlesville Education Association and ISD #30

and subject to ratification by the BEA and the Board of Education in August 2016

In the schedule, each step refers to a completed full year of accredited teaching experience.

All returning teachers advance one step on the salary schedule plus a step 28 will be added to all lanes so those previously topped out at step 27 will advance to the new step 28.

The state flexible benefit for those participating in the state insurance plan will continue to pay 100% of the Member HealthChoice High Option Premium.  (Those not in the insurance plan will continue to receive the same state flexible benefit as before.)
