Thanks to the modern technology which has made it easy to prepare ice creams at home and preserve them for a long time. Ice creams made at home can be preserved for about a month and can be made without adding artificial colours, essence and preservatives, which makes them more nutritive and free of guilt.

I have tried to give all the basic recipes which are all time favourite of all ages and can be prepared with least hassles. They are economic on the pocket too.
