I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, group facilitator, proud mother of two children and grandmother of three girls. I provide counseling in Spanish and English. My medicine bag contains  elements from many cultures and spiritual traditions, as well as from Western and Eastern psychotherapies. My hobbies include gardening, painting, photography and haiku.
