The Beacon is a place where people can come to find a warm,
accepting environment and friendly atmosphere. We welcome anyone who is
suffering from homelessness, mental health or substance abuse problems,
or anyone feeling isolated and marginalised within society. Feel free
to call in. (18’s and over please)
Opening Hours
DURING TIER 4, THE BEACON CENTRE IS ON REDUCED HOURS.
WE ARE ONLY OPEN FOR PEOPLE SLEEPING ROUGH OR IN HIGH NEED TO SEE A CONNECTION WORKER
Mondays and Wednesdays 10 AM TO 11 AM.
(Usual hours when open normally are: Monday to Thursday - 10 am to 12.15 pm)
Need Support?
We offer hot drinks and simple snacks, a listening ear, shelter,
advice, and links to other agencies which may be of help. Workers from Connection Support call in on Mondays and Wednesdays.
