Squires Kitchen (UK) Professional Diploma in Cake Decorating
Alhamdulillah, i just completed the Squires Kitchen (UK) Professional Cake Decorating Diploma last weekend and i'm all excited about it. i've been wanting to attend a cake decorating course eversince the moment i've decided to put a name to my home baked part time biz but i just couldnt decide which course would be the best to sign up for (of course i gotta consider the MYR i have to part with... since i chose to fund it with the margin i got from my cake biz ) and the classes fee & the tools are not cheap tho :-/ so when i read about this SK course from the icca website i just couldnt hold the excitement to join the class especially when Rosalind Chan is the instructor (she's synonymous to the brand Wilton in M'sia). so, here's a glimpse of every bit of the syllabus covered. she told us, you all are gonna learn the British way of decorating the cakes; lots of details and lots of enhancements and lots of patients needed well..my artwork may not be as perfect.....but i'm loving every bit of the experience :-)
