Applegate Park 9-8-19

The Merced Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA) is launching Sunday Picnics in the Park on September 8, 5-7pm, in Applegate Park. This is to support Applegate Park homeowners who are hosting this event. It's happening in the south east quadrant that is bordered by M and 26th Streets. We'll find a shady spot and hang out and play for a couple hours. All of you are invited to join in on the fun. There is no requirement to commit for the whole two hours, just bring your uke to the park and play as much as you want. Bring friends and family, with maybe a chair for you and a blanket for your entourage, and perhaps a bite to eat or a few bucks for the food trucks. [ FYI - As far as I know (from personal experience) alcohol consumption is not allowed in the park.]
