AGM 2020-21 Update
We have now successfully convened the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 25th July 2020 (using Digital Platform) as per the AGM's notifcation. The following resolutions were voted by members in attendance on the Zoom session as well as through proxy. 1. Appointment of an Independent Examiner of Accounts. 2. Approval of the Financial Statement of Accounts & Trustees Annual Report 2019-20. 3. Election of the Trustees Board FY 2020-21. 4. Election of the Office Bearers FY 2020-21. We sincerely thank each one of our members, well-wishers, patrons and the previous year's Trustee who have supported us in our journey and we also look forward to work closely and collaboratively to fulfill our objectives for the coming years. We will be updating the details of the Trustees in our website as well as with Charities Commission UK at the earliest. Thanks. |

SUMMER FIESTA CHARITY FUNDRAISER
Saturday 14th July 2018 at Rivermead Leisure Complex, Reading, RG1 8EQ ![]() A fun day full of activities and entertainment in aid of the Mental Health & Well-being charities Mind and Sport in Mind. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
So what better way to support this cause than through social & sporting activities involving all communities.

RETRO2METRO - A Charity Fundraiser - A Live Bollywood Concert
India’s recent flood situation has devastated many lives in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Bihar, Assam and Manipur. Through this event, BCS wishes to raise money to support flood relief programs in India, Bangladesh & Nepal which are working ceaselessly on the ground to provide life-saving aid to flood affected families and help them rebuild their lives. The Event: Retro2Metro a Bollywood Musical Concert on Saturday 28th October 2017. The event is a Musical Extravaganza performed live by the one and only Sadhana Sargam and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa winner Debojit Saha. Venue: The Hexagon, Reading an iconic auditorium with a seating capacity of 1200 known to host professional performances of high production quality. Hath-e Khori: If you would like your child to take part in "Hath-e Khori", please bring chalk & slate, exercise book & pencil, or some kind of re-writeable board, on the day. Please note that there is no fixed charge for this. There is no entrance fee/ticket for the day’s event. However, any donation would be very much welcome to help with the cost of the food and venue.
