All information is filtered through the lens of the person or organization generating the content.  When you are deciding whether or not to use information, you should understand that there is a cultural, social and political context in the background that operates to shape and form the content. So, the information that you are seeing is not really "neutral," even when originating from a news organization found on the Web. Also keep in mind that you are receiving the information and filtering it through your own cultural lens.
