Chicken Kebabs with Bacon and Cilantro

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp chicken broth
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders, cut into approx. 2 inch pieces
6 slices thick bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
assorted vegetables (I used peppers and onions) cut into 1 inch pieces

Heat grill. In a small bowl, combine the cilantro, cumin, paprika, pepper, garlic, oil, and broth to make a paste. Rub paste all over the chicken. Skewer the chicken with the bacon, then skewer the vegetables separately. Grill for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are caramelized.
