Recipe.

60 g Paprika Powder

2 Tbsp Maldon Sea Salt

2 Tbsp Onion Powder

2 Tbsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper

 

Method

Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. To use, pat ribs dry with kitchen paper and spread the rub evenly on prepared ribs. leave to rest for  30 to 40 minutes and then cook on the BBQ. 

How to serve.

Serve ribs hot, accompanied with cold beer and salad.

Take care with the temperature as the spices could burn and become bitter.
