Green Chili and Coriander Dip

Recipe.

50g Green chili (chopped)

180g Rice vinegar

80g Olive oil

50ml Vegetable oil

2 cloves of Garlic

80ml Lime juice

1/2 bunch of Coriander

1 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce

a pinch of Salt

 

 

Method

   Put the garlic, chili and salt in a blender. add the oil and vinegar and mix well. add the remaing ingredients and mix  for 30 to 60 seconds.

How to serve.

 Goes well with seafood.

BBQ Top Tips

 keeps for 3 to 4 days...but its best on the fist day...its color will fade.
