A HOT STORY

 I've been making this sauce for years. I love it...its so simple.

Recipe

Recipe for 10 servings

  • 10 Fresh  Red chili chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Coarsely  ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 150 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp of hot chilli powder
  • Juice of one lemon

 

Method

   Chop everything and mix mix together. Thats it!!!

How to serve.

 Serve with absolutely anything...I do! my wife thinks I'm completely nuts!!

If this sauce is well covered with olive oil and kept in a jar it will keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 weeks.

BBQ Top Tips

 Habenero are one of the hottest, they work very well. birds eye and Thai chili are quite hot they would do the trick. Use what ever chili you can find...but the hotter the better!!!
