4 Tbsp of Brandy
4 Tbsp Butter
4 tsp of brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
wrap each banana in a tin foil parcel. Inside each parcel with the banana put some butter cinnamon sugar and raisons. Put the foil parcels on top of hot coals and cook for 10 to 15 minutes turn them from time to time.
When ready open the parcels . Place each banana in a bowl, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve while the banana is still hot.
