Chika's Chili Laza

This is what it should look like

The origin of this recipe

My older brother Steve and his wife Chika live in Dubai. My mom visited them and soon after brought over to Japan a large jar of this hot wonder that Chika makes. I've been pouring the stuff on top of absolutely everything that I eat ever since I recieved it.
It tastes quite differant from my own "CRAZY HOT SAUCE" crazyhotsauce .
So finaly I drumed up the courage to ask her for the recipe, as my brother generously handed it over... In his own words... "Here you go, this makes just over a cup..."
I think I'll be  making a little more than just a cup of it!!! I'd better put the beers on ice and a roll of toilet paper in the freezer...anyway here's the recipe below.
Oh by the way... Steve also tells me that "According to the expert (thats Chika) the real name is Laza (or in Russian alphabet, Лаза), it's popular in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

1 cup Crushed dry chilli
¾ finely chopped garlic
1 cup sunflower oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white vinegar

1) Mix garlic and chilli in a large heatproof bowl.
2) Stir in salt and vinegar.
3) Pour boiling hot oil on top and stir (oil must be very hot).
