Registration for the 2016-2017 season is now open.  Click the following link to register:

Binghamton Blizzard is very excited to offer, in conjunction with our excellent sponsors & fundraising partnerships, an incredible value for 2016/17 hockey season.  Included in the low registration fee is 3+ hours per week of practice ice time, half of which is dedicated to full ice (i.e. not shared or limited by other teams).  Also included is the entire season fees for game and tournament entry fees.  You will not be paying additional cost or fundraising to get through the season as you do with other organizations.

New this season is a part time player (i.e. taxi player) option.  Cost will be 60% of the full registration fee and include participation in 1/2 of all practice/game/tournaments (dates must be pre-coordinated with head coaches).  Please contact interested in this option.

Registration - player verification

posted Sep 10, 2016, 5:26 AM by Binghamton Blizzard

Good morning all.  I received an email from our regent registrar stating the below.

"This season, ALL players will need to be verified.  Regardless of the team they are on, house or tournament bound, or initiation…everyone needs to verify."

To " verify" I will need a copy of you birth certificate. Some of you have provided them in the past and they will already be in the USAHockey system when I register. I will try to respond early enough to let you know if you have upon registration. However if you know you have not provided one in the past, please forward me a copy via email.  I will create a file to send to Susan and immediately erase my file once completed.

Thank you

NY Hockey OnLine Magazine

posted May 3, 2016, 6:41 AM by Binghamton Blizzard

Dear Readers,

Here it is the May-June 2016 issue of NY Hockey OnLine Magazine. We’ve had a lot to cover in the past couple months and we’re happy to share the latest news and photos with you.

As a recipient of this e-mail, we ask that you forward the magazine link to your players and family and friends of your organization. We do not have access to players emails and therefore depend on coaches, Board Members and Sports Information Personnel to share it. We know the players love to see their name and photo in print. Just a note that we are in the review process of number of readers and hits and whether the magazine is as popular as we have been led to believe.

Our next deadline is for the July-August issue and will be July 23. Please send us your news, photos and announcements and we will make sure to post it on our website and in the magazine.

Here’s several ways to get the Magazine.

Go to and click on the icon of the magazine on the right hand side; or go to the listing across the top and click on May-June 2016 NY Hockey Magazine; that will also give you an opportunity to print out the entire magazine or just a page or two.

The final way is to go directly to Issuu at

Enjoy the magazine and have a safe summer.
