BBBS & the Rantoul Chamber of Commerce 
presents 

What: The Run for Your Life Halloween 5K Run/Walk 
When: Saturday, October 1, 2016, 10am (registration begins at 8am)
Where: Forum Fitness Center
200  W. Flessner Ave. Rantoul, IL 61866

Details: Participants are encouraged to dress in costumes. There will be prizes and
trick-or-treating for children at the finish line. Note: race is not timed. 
Cost: $30 adults, $15 children (5 to 12 & under 5 is free). To sign up click here

A Message from VISTA-MT 

Hi Everyone, I wanted to send a quick message as today is my last day as an AmeriCorps member with BBBS :(. This last year has flown by and I have been delighted to work with each and every one of you. Whether I have talked with you over the phone, corresponded through email or had the pleasure of meeting you in person, it's been great! I wish you all success in whatever your role is here at BBBS and hope to see you around sometime :).

Fox Creek Elementary Promise Council
What: Fundraiser at Insomnia Cookies
Where: 117 E. Beaufort St, Normal 
When: Wednesday, August 24th, TBD 

Fox Creek Elementary School Promise Council is partnering with Insomnia Cookies to help raise funds for the committee to pour resources into the student body in need. Please feel free to stop by with your family or Little to support the local community as a percentage of the proceeds are donated back to the Promise Council.
