    Support the Ceasefire Night Walks

    BBBON is endorsing the Ceasefire/Lifelines to Healing Strategy that uses Friday Night walks organized by clergy (OCO) and including all our neighbors.  Volunteers are trained in advance of the Night Walk and are accompanied by experienced  volunteers for the duration of the walk. 

    The walks take place in communities with the highest incident of shootings and homicides. So far, the night walks have occurred on almost every Friday night from 6:30-9:00 pm since September and will continue indefinitely. The purpose of the Night Walk is to reach out to communities affected by violence. The message the program tries to convey is: "We love you and we want you to be alive and free."

    November 1 - Allen Temple – 8501 International Blvd
    November 8- First Mt. Sinai-1970 86th
    November 15- Cosmopolitan – 988 85th
    November 22- At Thy Word – 8915 International Blvd

    November 29- Thanksgiving – NO WALK!
