Freestyle

Part 1 covers Streamlining, starts, turns, finishes and stretching. With
regards to the start and turns the swimmers uses a flutter kick under the
water. We would always promote that fly kick is used for this phase.
Parts 2 & 3 cover several drills that, if performed correctly, will improve the
full stroke.
