2019 AGM

2019 Annual Meeting of Barrett's Wessex
Lecture Theatre 1 at Southampton General Hospital
Friday 28th June 2019 between 6:00 and 8:00pm

This is a free, open public meeting but only Barrett's Wessex members are eligible to vote in the AGM. If you are unsure if you are a member, please contact us.

If arriving by car, the best car park to use is the BLUE car park which has two entrances from Tremona Road either side of Ronald McDonald House also signposted for Emergency Department, the eye hospital and Southampton Oncology Centre.

Look out for yellow direction posters. The unassuming entrance to the South Academic Block is on level A. You will need to take the lift or stairs up to level B and follow direction signs for the Lecture Theatre.

If entering by the main entrance, or from the ORANGE car park, you will need to turn right at M&S food, pass the lifts and then turn left along the long corridor to the South Academic Block. You will be on Level C and need to go down to Level B by the stairs on your left or the lift on your right towards the end of the corridor. Look out for yellow direction posters near the end of the corridor. We are not permitted to use signage in the main entrance area.

Members are requested to sign in in the lecture theatre's lobby area. N.B. If you have entered the lecture theatre at the back, you'll need to make your way down to the front and out to the lobby.
Members will receive a voting card to hold up to register their vote for elections of officers etc.
Non-members are not required to sign in. Membership forms will be provided in the delegate packs provided to all attendees.
(Delegate packs will include treasurer's and chair's reports and evaluation forms.)

Car park exit tickets will be available in exchange for completed evaluation forms. (To be confirmed.)
