Deer Hunt Fee

October 26/27, 2012:  $850 per “gun party". “Party" includes up to 2 youth hunters (16 and younger) and two adults (adults  share a bedroom). The intent is for a party of one adult and up to two children to hunt together in one blind at a time. The youth hunters can collectively harvest 1 whitetailed deer (either sex no limit on points), and up to 2 hogs. A second fork-antlered whitetailed buck can be hunted for an additional $400, paid in advance of the hunt    Exotic animals are not included in this pricing structure.
 
Wounded animals count as harvested animals, whether retrieved or not. Optional meal service, field dressing, quartering and game retrieval services are available at reasonable additional cost. The harvesting of game is not guaranteed.

 

November/December 2012 hunts: $850 per “gun party". “Gun party" includes one adult hunter, optional 1 hunting spouse or friend, and up to 2 “children” hunters under age 20 when hunting w/adult. Each party shares one blind at a time. The fee allows the party to collectively take up to 1 whitetailed deer (either sex, no limit on points) , and up to 2 hogs. Additional animals can be purchased. Wounded animals count as harvested animals, whether retrieved or not. Optional meal service, field dressing, quartering and game retrieval services are available for tips. The harvesting of game is not guaranteed.  Exotic animals are not included in this pricing structure. A minimum of 2 "gun parties" secures the ranch exclusively for your party. 
 
 

Hunters are to arrive after 8 PM on Friday night, hunt Saturday and Sunday morning, and leave for home by 2 PM Sunday.

One half of the fee is due in advance by check, with the remaining half paid in cash upon arrival  and prior to hunting. The advance fee is fully refundable with at least 30 days notice. In addition, a credit card is run as a damage deposit, fully reversed with no damages.  No refunds are given for weather or the failure to harvest game.  

 

A signed liability release form is also due upon arrival  (form to be provided by the Bar None).
