Borislav Čičovački and Srdjan Fink are founding members of Stichting Barka Foundation. Stichting Barka was established in 1993 in order to promote the arts and culture of the nations that once constituted former Yugoslavia. During the period of years 1993 to 1997, Borislav and Srdjan realised the following cultural projects:
