Bank Street Writers is an independent community group, based in Bolton, Lancashire.

Our aim is to provide assistance and companionship for writers of all ages and at all levels of experience.

Members' interests include poetry, short stories, playwriting, performance ... etc.

We usually meet on the first Wednesday of each month, and the venue (unless stated otherwise) is Bank Street Unitarian Chapel Hall (entrance on Crown Street, just off Deansgate in the centre of Bolton).
Meeting times: 1.45 to 4 pm.

Membership costs £36 per year, plus a £2 payment at each meeting towards the cost of refreshments and room hire. However, you're welcome to attend one of our meetings free of charge and without commitment, to see if you would like to join us.
