Chef Leslie Banister
 
A summa cum laude graduate of Austin's own Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chef Leslie trained at renowned Austin restaurants Ventana and Hudson's on the Bend. Chef Leslie brings a unique perspective to her dishes--using classical techniques and insisting on the best and freshest of local ingredients to prepare healthy and flavorful meals. From French to Italian to TexMex, there's something to please everyone in Leslie's repertoire. Chef Leslie can prepare beautiful meals for meat-eaters, vegetarians, and Vegans alike.
 
Misty Anderson, pastry Chef

Misty has had a passion for baking since childhood when she got an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas!  She always loved baking and decorating cakes for loved ones using her artistic ability to create something that is a statement about their taste and personality. To Misty, celebrations are the joy of life and what better way to celebrate life's best moments than with fabulous food!
