i love taking close up shots in case you havent realized already haha the perspective that isnt visible to the human eye. the dark shadows give an everyday item a sense of curiosity. thats all i want to achieve. i thought this made a pretty cool brown with a few chocolate brown shades within the grain of the bamboo. project = success! enjoy! =] ( more day!)

We bought a new windowshade for our kitchen door to replace the cheap plastic fake-wood-printed miniblind that we removed, oh, two years ago. This is made of sticks, tied with natural fibers. It's beautiful, the "green tea" color goes with our olive green walls, and best of all, it will keep out the scary blazing Texas summer sun. 28 January 2007.
