  • Crime Scene Academy July 25-August 12, 2016 The Baltimore Forensic Institute of Training and Innovation (BFITI) is offering a 120 hour (3 week) course on Crime Scene Investigation.  Topics include crime scene photography, latent print development, digital evidence, laser scanning and much more! The class will be taught by two highly experienced and skilled instructors Everett Baxter and Michael Bailey.  Everett Baxter will be teaching the first two weeks of the three week course and has over 23 years of combined law enforcement experience.  Mr. Baxter has also written a book entitled “Complete Crime Scene Investigation Handbook” that will be given to each registered attendee of this class.  Michael Bailey is currently employed as a Crime Laboratory Technician Supervisor and has 38 years of experience working crime ...
