Pamela Paraison is passionate about yoga as a personal transformation tool. She has gained an intense awareness and appreciation for the transformative power of yoga. Her yoga practice has given her the tools to cultivate a deeper connection with her body, mind and heart. In July 2014, Pamela completed her 200-RYT at Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia, Pa. Pamela has a strong commitment to women’s leadership development, serving the community and advocating for higher education opportunities. Her classes focus on breath work, rhythmic movement, and muscle activation.

This yoga class will enhance your child’s concentration skills while refining their motor coordination. Through joyful yoga sequences filled with creative self-expression, storytelling and music kids will work on cooperative play and sharpen their listening skills. Kids Yoga helps to develop strength, coordination and self-confidence.

Restore Friday 6pm
This yoga class will focus on emotional balance through supported poses, guided meditation and relaxation. Restorative yoga helps to relieve the effect of stress by bringing the body, mind and spirit back to balance.
