Following some childhood exposure to the more physical aspects of yoga, Greg Bannett (Sotantar Singh) rediscovered the ancient healing science of yoga in 2004. Shortly afterwards he attended his first Kundalini Yoga class (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) at Yoga on Main in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia. He immediately felt the transformative inner energies through the vital pranayam breathwork, meditation, challenging physical kriya exercise sets, relaxation, and mantra techniques. In 2011 he completed a 220 hour KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher training with Sada Sat Singh and Sada Sat Kaur Khalsa. He strives to give students a therapeutic relaxing environment to revitalize the body, cleanse away stress, and clear the mind. He feels that teaching and learning are cornerstone experiences that make life rewarding.
