Bakers Home Inspections is Upstate New York’s premier home inspection company. Our home inspections typically range from 2-3 hours long depending on the size of the house and you are encouraged to follow along with the inspector as the inspection is performed.

I take great pride in every inspection I perform. When the inspection is over, I will prepare a detailed inspection report regarding the property.I also take the time to walk you around the house and show you any significant issues as well as where all the gas, water and electric shut offs are located.

Bakers Home Inspections uses a reporting system that provides you with a lot of information beyond just what issues there may be. You will have your report the same day.
