Papa John's Fundraiser
Enjoy a night off from cooking and support your school at the same time at our next Papa John's Fundraiser Night on Wednesday, May 13th.
15% of your order will go back to BBPTO (if you receive a message stating Papa John's has reached the maximum number of orders with that code, please turn in your receipt to the PTO). When you call in your order, (434) 973-7272, or go in for pick up, please remember to say you're with Baker-Butler. Papa John's is located at 3441 Seminole Trl.
Dips & Sips Loyalty Day
Treat your family to a cool treat at Dips & Sips and support your school on Thursday, June 4th.
Dips & Sips is opened from 2PM-8PM. They are located at 3450 Seminole Trl, Charlottesville, VA 22911. You can check them out on line at www.dipsandsips.com
Five Guys Fundraiser
Take a night off from cooking and help your school at the same time. The next Five Guys night is Wednesday, May 27th from 4:30pm -8:30pm
Please remember to keep keep clipping those Box Tops! Our spring submission is coming up soon! You can either send them in with your student or drop them in the collection box in the school's front hallway.
You can also turn in Campbell's labels and My Coke Rewards labels.
Two big changes have occurred in the My Coke Rewards program this year.
1) Our school will now receive a check for points donated to our school. In years past, the school could only use points to receive free merchandise (such as PE or art equipment). What this boils down to is FREE MONEY for our school! 3 codes (which is one bottle cap) = 5 cents for our school. This can add up very quickly so save those codes!!
2) MCR no longer allows a school representative to maintain a school account and enter codes from caps/12 packs. What this means is that each family needs to have an account with MCR, enter their points and then donate them to Baker-Butler. We will no longer collect caps or 12 pack codes since we cannot enter them for the school.

Teacher Special Requests
Although the PTO provides funds
for every teacher to purchase items for their classrooms, these funds often do not
cover all the items/materials needed for the entire school year. A Sign Up has been created to provide additional "Special Request" items
for teachers for everyday classroom use or special events. Please note that some
items are needed by a specific date. Thank you, again, for all of your support of Baker-Butler Teachers and Staff!

SPRING CARNIVAL Success!
Thanks to everyone who helped make this year's carnival great! From our generous carnival sponsors: Airport Road Auto Center, KMS Photography, Union Bank, Which Wich, and an Anonymous Donor. To businesses that donated raffle basket items. To the many volunteers and bakers. To teachers and staff. Thank you! Early estimates are that we made $11,500 for our school!
Kindergarten Registration Begins Wednesday, March 18th, and it's now even easier with online registration!
