Welcome to my futile attempt to control part of my digital footprint! Grew up a military brat bouncing around the East Coast before graduating High School in Florida and attending College in Georgia. After graduating College, my wife and I moved to Charleston, South Carolina where I began my IT career. While in Charleston I was fortunate to be asked by an employer to attend SANs training which introduced me to Information Security and has now become a hobby and key component to my career since. In 2009 we were given the opportunity to move to Washington D.C. where we lived until 2013 when we relocated back to the South East. In addition to being a husband, I am a father to two boys. In 2012 my oldest son challenged me to complete a Tough Mudder which began an addiction to obstacle races. This has grown into a hobby of sorts for the entire family. To date I have completed multiple Tough Mudders, Spartan Sprints, BattleFrogs, Savage Races and multiple other OCRs, 5k and 15k races. Through this experience I have met some amazing people and enjoy constantly training for the ‘next’ event.

Manager and ISSO.
Enlisted in the Army
Reserve in March of 2001 and began my military career in Human Resources
assigned to the 93rd Signal Brigade based at Fort Gordon in Augusta, Georgia.
After serving with this unit for 4 months I received an opportunity to audition
and subsequently join the 116th Georgia Army National Guard Band where I continued my
service playing the Alto & Tenor Saxophones. A
year and a half later I transferred to the 246th South Carolina Army Band where
I serve to date. Through my military experience I have
attended the Adjutant General School, NCO Academy (WLC) and served in
additional roles as a member of the S1, Personnel records division; Sound Technician; Promotions & Publicity; Rifle Marksmanship Instructor; and Tactical Equipment Sergeant.
Like most children I began my musical experience in grade school. Having grown up with a musical family it was very easy for me to take to the Saxophone and it very quickly became more than just an extra curricular activity. Following my high school experience, I decided to attend Georgia Southern University in pursuit of a dual major of Music Education and Computer Information Systems. During the fall term of my third year I decided to concentrate on CIS and make music my hobby. It was at this time that I investigated other musical opportunities which lead to me joining the 116th Georgia Army National Guard Band. In addition to my Military Service I have performed with multiple Christian Praise/Worship Teams, community bands, gig bands as well as taught private lessons. Currently, I serve in the 246th South Carolina Army Band and perform regularly with the Northside Church Worship Team.
