FAQ

Who can enroll in the BADM course?
The online component of the course is currently open to the ISB community only.
Students registered to the course at ISB must also attend on-ground sessions.
In the future, the course may be offered outside ISB.

How do I register for the course?
To register, complete the form. Following registration, you will receive an invitation email to join the course group using a Google account. Once you join the group, you will have access to the course materials.

How do I access the course materials?
If you have registered and joined the course group, you should be able to view the course materials on this site by signing in using your Google account. If you are using Gmail or Google Apps, you already have a Google account.

I don't have a Google account. How can I get one?
You have two options: Either create a Google account using your existing non-Google email, or apply for Gmail (web-based Google email that ends with @gmail.com). Get more information about the different Google accounts.

I registered and joined the group but still cannot view the materials.
Follow the instructions in the email received after registration (regarding joining the course group).
If you do not see an email in your Google inbox within 48 hours, check your Spam filter!

Make sure to sign into the course website using the Sign In link at the bottom of the page, or click here to sign in.

Is this a self-paced course?
The course units will be released multiple times every week, as shown in the schedule. You can view the videos and read the book at your own pace. However, to participate in the online forum, it is advised to be somewhat in sync with the course schedule. The forum is your chance to communicate and discuss the learning with other participants.

What happens if I am unable to participate in the contests? Do I still get access to the course materials?
Participating in the contests is optional. It is a great way to get hands-on experience and to bring your learning to the test (and there will be a prize for winners!). Access to course materials is granted regardless of contest participation.

I am still at loss. Who can I contact?
Please contact our course assistant at Ishita_Tripathi@isb.edu.
