Fabric Flowers

I saw these on Ourbestbites.com. They are super easy to make and very versatile. There are endless possibilities with this craft. I used them for a head band, to decorate a Mod Podge picture frame I made, and to wrap a gift. You can also use them on a necklace, put them on a scarf, or wear them as a pin on your shirt.

Fabric Strips: 20-24 inches long 1 1/2 -2 inches in width.
Fabric Glue or Hot Glue Gun

1.Start with folding the strip in half
2.Put a strip of glue about 1 inch long starting at the edge of the fabric.
3.Start rolling the fabric over the glue. Roll as tight as you can. This will start the center of the flower. Stop rolling at the end of the glue.
4.Then you will start to twist the fabric and roll it around the center. Place glue spots every few twists to keep the fabric together.
5.When you reach the end of the fabric, glue the last part to the back. You will also want to cut off the center part in the back of the flower so that it will lay flat.

Just go crazy and have fun with this craft!
