December 2007

From our family to yours, we wish you all a Merry Christmas!

This December has been a busy one indeed. In addition to the normal hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we had wood floors put in the upstairs and stairs of our house. The idea started with getting wood floors put into the dining room instead of keeping carpet because of the eventual mess that would be created by Logan when he started to eat. We are really happy with the outcome. It has been fun to get Logan down onto the floors as well. He can scoot from side to side on his belly and can push himself backwards. He hasn't figured out how to go forward yet, but I'm sure that won't be far off. Also, Reggie had surgery a couple of weeks ago. He tore a ligament in his knee that would be comparable to an ACL tear in a human. He has been recurperating, but the process is slow going. Logan just turned 7 months so of course we have pictures to share. He got his second bottom tooth on November 30th. We are eagerly awaiting some top teeth.

Sean and his creative cleaning methods!

Last Saturday we went in pursuit of a winter wonderland to use as the backdrop for our family holiday photo.  After driving for an hour up the Mount Baker highway we realized we might actually have to drive to the top in order to accomplish such a feat so we settled for a lovely lake setting at Silver Lake. My brother Dave and his girlfriend Jenny were with us so it was a fun family affair.

Uncle Dave and Aunt Jenny are so fun!
