Senorita
  • Takes 80 days to mature from the time it is planted as a seed

Fresno Chile
  • Closely related to the senorita
  • Takes less time to grow and mature than the senorita
  • Produces smaller, milder fruit than the senorita
  • Peppers are small measuring only 7.5 centimeters
  • Very mild, registering 300-400 points on the Scoville scale.
Sierra Fuego
  • It is a hybrid that produces many peppers measuring 3.5 inches long by 1.5 inches wide.
  • Matures in 80 days
  • Pepper is mildly hot and grows from dark green to red when mature
Mucho Nacho
  • It is a hybrid but matures much faster than the Sierra Fuego, maturing in 68 days
  • Peppers are larger measuring 4 inches
  • Peppers are larger, have more flavor, but less heat
