If you are interested in becoming an adult leader with Troop 747, please print and fill out this application and turn it in to our Membership Chair at one of our Troop meetings.  (If you are unable to print out the application, paper copies are available at any Troop meeting.)  You must complete Youth Protection Training prior to turning in your application. If you are applying to be a Merit Badge Counselor, please fill out this form and turn it in with your application.  Even if you are already registered as an adult leader, you must fill out another adult application to become a Merit Badge Counselor.

A steady flow of youth into a Boy Scout troop is essential to maintaining the troop's health. To be completed annually (or as new adult leaders join the Troop).  This tool is used to determine what resources the Troop has available through the adult leaders in the unit.

If a Scout or Scouter is transferring from another unit, this form may be used to ensure that all records of awards and achievements are transferred to the new unit.
