for the love of custom maps

if you wanna know, one of my weird past-time is to read maps. yes, you read it rite. READ maps. so, i have also created some MRT system maps for Singapore and Malaysia (KL). i used to made it solely to be viewed on palm powered PDA, but since palm inc. has lost its popularity, i created the jpg version as well for everyone to use.

------- SMRT System Map v2008.2 (UPDATED) --------

This map has a complete makeover over the previous versions. Its now easier on the eyes and I have enhanced the map in a way that the station numbers and names does not confuse the user. I have include all the future lines in this map, including the Circle Line, Bukit Timah Ext., Eastern Regional Line, Downtown Ext. and Boon Lay Ext. . The Western Regional Line (WRL) is not official yet. Its my own implementation of the future line.

*** UPDATE Rev2 *** : This is the updated version. Newly added Future Lines and a newly opened Station along the Sengkang West LRT Line,  SW2 Farmway. Added Future Lines are the Thomson Line, Eastern Regional Line and the Tuas Extention Line. I have also added Town/Estate Names on these Future Lines that the stations be possibly located.

*** UPDATE Rev4 *** : Rev3 and 4 updates includes some modifications on the Downtown Line and Circle Line due to changes in the LTA Plan in the IR Area. Future Yishun LRT is also added and the Changi Airport Inset is updated. (8th July)
