One of the best resources for referees is "USSF Advice to Referees on the Laws of the Game" which can be found on the USSF website www.ussoccer.com
Another great resource is the referee resource section of the AYSO online certification and training website, which can be found at www.aysotraining.org. To enter the website, you'll need your AYSO ID number which you can find on http://www.eayso.org
