Registration for the 2015 Fall Season is now open!.

Team are formed in early August and first practices begin in mid to late August.

Register by June 1st:
  • $185 for 1 Player 
  • $345 for 2 Players 
  • $505 Family Max

Please note when registering more than one child: When registering more than one child, please complete each registration BEFORE paying online. After you have completed the last child’s registration form you can then submit payment for all children and receive the Family discount. If you pay online individually after each player, eAYSO will not acknowledge the family discount and will charge you the full registration fee per child.

Most Common eAYSO Registration Problem: We have found the most common problem in not completing your registration completely is when you get to the eSignature portion of the registration. 

There are two pages to this section, please be sure the scroll to the bottom, click continue, then on the 2nd page, scroll to the bottom and submit. If you do not complete these pages you will not get to the payment screen page and we will not be able to register your child to play in the Fall without completely completing the registration process. 

All players must bring one copy of a signed player registration form, concussion form and volunteer form, if applicable, to a drop off registration. New players to our region must also bring a copy of a birth certificate or passport to verify date of birth. New players must have been born before July 31st, 2011.

Volunteers Are Always Needed:

Our Region is run 100% by volunteers.  During the registration process you will be asked to volunteer.  Please contact us at 
ayso34info@yahoo.com and let us know how you’d like to get involved.  We are always in need of coaches, referees, and team parents.  Get involved and we’ll provide the training!
  

Scholarship Policy:

AYSO Region 34 is a non-profit, all volunteer program.  We desire to provide soccer opportunities to as many young athletes as possible in a fun, fair, and safe environment.  Our policy is that parents should pay their children’s registration fee to the extent they are able.  

AYSO Region 34 awards scholarships to help parents and guardians who are in circumstances where the family cannot pay for registration on their own.  Scholarships are awarded primarily on financial need, and secondly on a family’s volunteerism to AYSO.  

VIP Program:

Region 34 also has a VIP Program available for special needs children.  Send and email to  for more information.

Problems using eAYSO:

Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
Extended support hours (April and May only) Saturday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

You may also experience issues printing your forms if you are using FireFox as your web browser.  If your run into issues, please try to complete your registration using Internet Explorer.

Refund Requests

We realize that plans change.  Please  let us know if your child will no longer be playing soccer this fall, so that we can fill his/her spot with a player from our wait list.

There is a $25 fee to process refund requests.  After teams are formed, refunds will only be issued if replacement players are available.  Wait listed players will not be charged a refund fee. 

To request a refund: email ayso34info@yahoo.com.  Include your name, phone, and address, along with the player’s name and AYSO ID number.
