Registration for Spring 2014 ends 2/28/14
Please read all information, including our refund policy, prior to registering: Although we welcome players from all over the West Valley, please consider travel issues prior to registering. At this time, we anticipate all games will be played at Western Sky Middle School in Litchfield Park.
Spring Academy has a different format than our primary Fall season.
No formal teams. (no coach will contact you prior to start of season)
No mid-week practices.
(8) 90-minute Saturday sessions: group training followed by short-sided games.
Teams balanced according to skill level and experience weekly.
March 1 = Session #1. Arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to receive uniform.
March 8 = Spring Break. No Games
March 15, 22 & 29. April 5, 12 & 19 = Sessions #2 thru #7
April 26 = Final Session (#8)
8-9:30 AM: ALL U5 & U6 (East end of campus along 144th Ave)
8-9:30 AM: BOYS ONLY U8 & U10 (North end along Wigwam Blvd)
10-11:30 AM: GIRLS ONLY U8 & U10 (North end along Wigwam Blvd)
12-1:30 PM: ALL U12, U14 & Above (North end along Wigwam Blvd)
$65 - New Player
$45 - Returning Fall 2013 Player
Fee includes T-shirt, shorts, soccer socks, Soccer Accident Insurance, and subscription to AYSO quarterly magazine. All players must wear shin guards (not provided). Check the Info for Parents tab above for program specific details.
All refunds must be requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org If refund request is submitted prior to the start of the season, your registration fee minus a $20 administrative fee will be returned. No refunds after the start of the season.
How to Register
** For New Players ONLY **
Step 1. Log on to www.eayso.org and follow the instructions for "Application for new player". We are AYSO Section 12 - Area D - Region 225.
** This same website can be used to apply as a volunteer. Team formation is limited by the number of volunteer coaches, referees, and team parents. No experience necessary. All coaches and referees receive age-appropriate training. We are an all volunteer program. No volunteers, no program. Please help. If not you, who?**
Step 2. Print and sign (1) copy of the completed application, including the concussion form.
Step 3. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, or Cash.
Step 4. SUBMIT: The registration process is not complete until we receive the signed application and payment. In addition, new players must provide proof of age. Mail the above items to AYSO 225, PO Box 1319, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340 or drop them off at any of the on-site locations listed below. If paying by cash, you must attend one of the on-site events. If paying by credit card online, please attach a copy of your paid receipt. If you are unable to register online, additional forms will be available at each registration site.
** For Returning Fall 2013 Players **
Step 1. Log on to www.eayso.org to pay by credit card online.
Step 2. From the main menu, choose "SIGN UP FOR OTHER PROGRAMS". If you played in the Fall 2013 Season you DO NOT need to reapply.
Step 3. Select the "Spring Academy" program box and complete the payment instructions.
Step 4. Print the confirmation receipt, write the players name and age group on it, and mail to AYSO 225, PO Box 1319, LP 85340.
