Open Registration is one of AYSO's six philosophies. All children between the age of 3 years (by October 1st, 2016 ) and 18 years (by August 1st, 2016) may register to play soccer. Players age 3 (by October 1st, 2016) may register for our Playtime Adventure Program. Players need not have any prior experience. The only limitation on registration is finding enough PARENTS willing to VOLUNTEER to coach and be referees. (ask us how to become a volunteer)
U5/U6/U8: Size 3 Ball
U10/U12: Size 4 Ball
U14/U16/U18: Size 5 Ball
VOLUNTEERS: Volunteer Registration Applications are not complete until the copy of the registration form or volunteer application, payment, proof of age (if a new player) and copy of id for volunteers are received.
FEES: Fees for players cover uniform (jersey, shorts and socks), soccer accident insurance (supplemental), and an end of season medal or trophy. Players must purchase their own shin guards and ball. Soccer shoes are optional. Basic athletic shoes are acceptable for younger players but cleats are recommended. Shoes with cleats must not have a toe cleat. (No football or baseball cleats allowed)
Register Online follow these simple steps:
1. Go to www.eayso.org. (Turn off pop-up blockers for this website).
Be sure to select Region 225.
2. Complete and e-sign the player registration form online. (no need to mail it)
3. Registration Fee $125/player, with sibling discounts ($20 off) on every player after.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check or Money Order.
4. If paying by check/money order send to the address below. (Payable to AYSO Region 225) Please indicate your players name on the check so that it can applied accordingly.
5. If you are registering a new player you must show a valid birth certificate to your coach at the first practice for age verification.
Age Chart by Division
U4* = age 3 prior to opening day of play on Sept 24,2016.
*see registration info on Playtime Adventure tab.
U5 = age 4 prior to opening day of play on Sept 24, 2016.
All Other Age Groups determined by Age as of July 31st, 2016.
U6 = age 5 on July 31st
U8 = age 6 or 7 on July 31st
U10 = age 8 or 9 on July 31st.
U12 = age 10 or 11 on July 31st.
U14 = age 12 or 13 on July 31st.
U16/19 = 14 thru 18 on July 31st. If there are not enough players to form separate U16 & U19 teams, a combined U16/19 will be formed.
Refund Policy: In the unfortunate event, your child is unable to participate after registration is complete, refund requests must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your refund request is submitted prior to 30 days of the first scheduled game, a full refund will be issued. If a request is submitted within the 30 day window prior to the first game, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after the first game regardless of circumstances.
