Policy Agreement 

Please read the following policy agreement prior to making a purchase. If you have any questions, let me know. I reserve the right to change store policies, product prices, etc without prior notice at any time.

I accept U.S. Postal Service money orders and personal checks. All other forms of payment (ie. credit/debit card, e-check) will be processed using the online PayPal secure server. If you use PayPal, your payment must be made upon checkout.

Mailed payments must be received by me within 10 days after purchase. If you mail a check, your order will not be mailed until the check clears.

All orders will be shipped once the full payment is successfully processed. Do not send account or credit card information via email. Email is not secure.

Virginia residents add 5% sales tax

Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after payment has been successfully processed, unless otherwise stated. You will be notified if there is a delay in shipping your order. You will be notified via email or phone once your order has been completed and when it has been shipped. I am not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during delivery. When possible, orders will be tracked to ensure they have reached their destination in a timely and safe manner. If you want to upgrade your order to Express shipping, let me know so I can calculate the shipping rate. All packages include delivery confirmation.

U.S. Customers:
All U.S. packages will be shipped by USPS
* First-Class Mail for bubble envelopes (delivery in 1-3 days)
* Priority Mail for packages (delivery in 2-3 days)

International Customers:
Please contact me prior to making a purchase to discuss shipping rates. Packages will be shipped USPS First-Class International. Delivery time varies depending on location. Delivery confirmation is not available on international packages.
Insurance is available for an additional fee. Make sure to let me know if you want to add this to your order.

I will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Your submitted information will only be used for contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your requests.

I will not issue refunds for any products. If you are not safisfied with the purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.

I will allow an exchange for another item or issue a merchandise credit provided the product is returned in perfect and unused condition and with the original packaging materials within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges or merchandise credits will not be issued until the original product has been received and inspected.

Merchandise credits do not have an expiration date and may be used for full or partial payment on future purchases. I am not responsible for merchandise credits that are lost or stolen.
