Our purpose here at our University of Florida, UF, is to promote student interest in Environmental Engineering Sciences, Sustainability, and the Environment for education. We desire to be the agora of our department, the College of Engineering, and other majors, so that our members from all sciences and engineering disciplines may find a public open space used for assembly and networking. We aim to provide an avenue for the exchange of ideas among students, those in the drinking water field, and the professional members of AWWA, so that we may learn from each other for the common good and develop ourselves into successful professionals perhaps in the water industry. Further our projects are directed to introduce members to professional networks, nature, art, and opportunities for internship or employment. We practice whenever capable, and covet to educate the community in water and related fields.
