09/29/2011: Professor Loredana Lanzani (flyer)
Loredana Lanzani earned her B.S. in Mathematics from Univeristy of Rome II in Italy and her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Purdue University. She is currently a professor at University of Arkansas and an Analysis Program Director at the National Science Foundation. She has had visiting positions in University of Michigan, Princeton University, Courant Institute... to name a few. Her research interests are in one and several complex variables, harmonic analysis and PDEs, with focus on ambient domains with 'rough' boundary. She is the faculty advisor for AWSM, Arkansas Women in Statistics and Mathematics, and she was an AWM Travel Mentor.
