This is a one-day conference held at over 100 locations across the U.S. each year. Local junior high and high school students attend a keynote address, and attend workshops led by women scientists, mathematicians, and engineers.

Sally Ride Science Festivals

The Sally Ride Science Club holds Science Festivals for middle school girls, with parents and teachers also welcome to attend. The events feature a keynote by astronaut Sally Ride, Discovery Workshops given by women professionals from veterinarians to rocket scientists, and a Street Fair. There are also adult tracks of workshops for parents and teachers on topics such as hands-on science and gender equity.
