What does this mean? I'm losing weight (green), exercising more regularly (blue) and eating right (orange). "The government already makes recommendations about exercise. The new pyramid, for example, recommends 30 minutes of daily physical activity, says 60 minutes is needed to prevent weight gain and 90 minutes may be needed to sustain weight loss." Wait a minute, why is the government recommending 30 minutes if it knows that will result in weight gain?
