I'm still loving my new mascara. I joined Weight Watchers this week to get a little extra help with loosing weight. I have tried my best to cut back on food and to make better choices, and that along with the eliptical has just not been enough. So I thought i'd try Weight Watchers again. Years ago I put some weight on, and because of my thyroid had a very hard time getting it to come off. So I starved myself on Weight Watchers...oh, I mean I went on the diet. IT was hard, but after three months I had dropped the weight I needed and was able to go off of it and just eat normal and healthy. I'm hoping to do the same thing again. My darn thyroid and PCOS makes it very hard to loose weight, but with a little extra help I can usually do it and once i'm down i'm good about maintaining. I have been so good about getting on the eliptical. I try and go at least 2 miles each time, but for the life of me can't get myself to go faster than a 14 minute mile. I know part of the reason, and will work on getting that taken care of very soon (need to refill my BP meds). It's hard, I usually have a terrible headach afterwards, but it's worth it. I had put on a staggering 17 pounds in just several weeks when I was on some natural progesterone. It's amazing what certain things will do to our body. It helped to regulate my hormones, but apparently was too much for me, hence the weight gain. That's not suppose to happen, but I guess the low dose I was on was too much for me. I'm happy to say that I've taken 7 of that off. But I still have 20 pounds to go to reach my goal (pre-pregnancy weight). I'd love to make it 25 or 30, but 20 it is for now. Anyways, two days down and doing well with my points. But I hate the mind set of "deit". I think that in itself makes me think i'm hungry all the time. ;)
