how to lose weight in less than a month - Nicorette Coated
Nicorette Coated Gum 4mg, 100 pieces (Fresh Mint)
Nicorette Coated Gum 4mg, 100 pieces (Fresh Mint)
For those who smoke less than 25 cigarettes a day. Each piece contains: calcium (94 mg), sodium (13 mg).

When you're ready to quit, Nicorette can help you take charge--by giving you control over your cravings. Use it on a regular schedule to prevent cravings throughout the day--and when an especially tough craving hits, only Nicorette gives you the freedom to chew an extra piece of gum. Nicorette medicated gum is a form of Therapeutic Nicotine, which means it provides nicotine to your system as a temporary aid to help you quit smoking by reducing nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
Nicotine is a stronger addiction than most people realize--and cigarettes are a very efficient nicotine delivery system. Each puff sends nicotine to the brain within 10 seconds, activating areas of the brain that produce feelings of pleasure and reward by raising dopamine levels. Dopamine is the same substance involved in addiction like cocaine and heroin. So we have another puff. And another.
Soon the brain's chemical structure actually changes. It becomes hooked into wanting more and more nicotine to make the effects last. When the brain stops getting the nicotine it's used to, we begin to feel withdrawal cravings--actually the brain craving nicotine.
As this nicotine addiction sets in, the brain links everyday habits with smoking, boosting the role of cigarettes. Normal everyday activities begin to trigger the urge to smoke. Drinking coffee in the morning. Talking on the phone. Work breaks. Driving.
So when you try to quit smoking, you're actually fighting a battle on two fronts: 1) physical--that is, nicotine addiction--and 2) habitual, the activities, moods and events linked with smoking.

Cravings and habits go hand in hand for anyone trying to quit. Nicorette helps you address both.
First, let's talk about cravings. Once you stop smoking, that's when your brain really starts screaming for nicotine. Your withdrawal cravings can actually intensify in the days after you quit. That's where Therapeutic Nicotine--like Nicorette--is proven effective. Nicorette delivers small amounts of nicotine--without the thousands of other toxins and chemicals contained in tobacco smoke--relieving withdrawal cravings.
By helping stop cravings before they start, Nicorette increases your chance of success by allowing you to focus your willpower on changing your smoking habits.
Now to help you change those habits, Nicorette lets you take advantage of an individualized support program from Committed Quitters, an online plan designed to help you quit smoking for good. You can enroll free with the Personal Code from your Nicorette User's Guide. And you'll receive a stop-smoking plan tailored to your specific needs, with plenty of tips to help you along. Using Nicorette with Committed Quitters significantly increases your chances of quitting.

Once you've decided to quit, Nicorette helps you take charge. You use it on a regular schedule throughout the day to help prevent cravings. And if a strong or suddenly provoked craving comes, you can chew an extra piece--as long as you use no more than 24 pieces a day.
Start with the right strength: Nicorette gum comes in two strengths:
4 mg, for people who smoke 25 or more cigarettes a day,
2 mg, for people who smoke fewer than 25 a day.
Get an individualized stop-smoking plan from Committed Quitters: Your plan can help you overcome your unique barriers to quitting smoking--and increase your chances of success. For example, if you're used to having a cigarette with your morning coffee, you'll get specific advice on overcoming that habit and desire. Look for information in your package of Nicorette, or visit
Follow the Nicorette 12-week plan: Nicorette is designed to allow your body to adjust to having less nicotine over a 12-week period through a gradual, step-down process. You use fewer and fewer pieces of Nicorette until you no longer need it at all. But remember, it's designed for a 12-week course of therapy. And to improve your chances of quitting successfully, start with at least 9 pieces of Nicorette a day.

Because Nicorette is medicated gum, you don't chew it the same way you chew regular gum. Here's how to use it:
Chew each Nicorette piece very slowly several times.
Stop chewing when you notice a peppery taste, or a slight tingling in your mouth. This usually happens after about one minute or 15 chews, but may vary from person to person.
"Park" the Nicorette piece between your cheek and gum, and leave it there.
When the peppery taste or tingle is almost gone (in about a minute), start to chew a few times slowly again. When the taste or tingle returns, stop again.
"Park" the Nicorette piece again in a different place in your mouth.
Repeat steps 4 to 7 (chew, chew, park) until most of the nicotine is gone from the Nicorette piece (usually happens in about half an hour; the peppery taste or tingle won't return).

Fresh Mint is coated for a delicious burst of flavor.
Fruit Chill is double-coated for intense fruit flavor with a hint of mint. You can change flavors anytime you want.

History of Auricular Therapy It is well known that acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to treat hundreds of ailments in the human body. Less well known is the practice of auricular therapy that concentrates on areas of the ear, working as a microsystem of the body as a whole. For many years along with puncture of the skin using needles magnets have been incorporated into therapy with great success. In more recent years magnets have improved in strength and material purity and also come in many forms from round spherical balls to powerful disk magnets, with magnetic products even taking the form of necklaces and bracelets made into elaborate designs. Of course you might wonder why it is, that this treatment using a simple safe magnet has not been more freely publicized or accessible. Well for some treatments, it is argued that a therapist needs to perform a thorough evaluation of each individual’s case to determine the best course of action. This can be considered a genuine case for certain sicknesses and body pain. However for addictions it is becoming increasingly well known which parts of the anatomy and which parts of the ear can be acted upon to assist in reducing your desires. It is also known that this stimulation can take various forms, for instance needling, massage, magnet therapy, laser therapies and the ancient use of natural seeds. There are many choices with varying degrees of success. The product being offered here is a system that you are in control of and are using with the knowledge that millions of individuals around the world have been using this therapy for many years, the use of which is growing. The simple application of magnets. The system stimulates an area in the ear called the Shenmen. It is this area that is used in auricular therapy to produce sensations within the body that are used to replace your desire of “needing to smoke”. It is has been suggested for many decades that stimulating this area helps release the endorphins in your brain that will bring about various desirable emotions in the body. It is now argued that this is the true addiction to smoking not necessarily the addiction of nicotine. Imagine receiving this release each time you light up a cigarette believing the inhalation of the cigarette smoke has given you some kind of relief from stress or anxiety or just a feeling of social pleasure. It is only natural that you would assume you could not be without the cigarette to bring about this feeling of satisfaction. With the magnetic stimulus replacing this release you will have no “desire” to smoke. The beauty is that over a period of time the body and minds desire to smoke will subside and because you have broken the link between lighting a cigarette and feeling that sense of satisfaction, that when you finally cease wearing the magnets you will no longer have the urge to smoke. More importantly the body will balance itself once again to the days when you didn’t have to light up a cigarette to feel some sense of calm or need to satisfy some desire that was brought about by your mind, in order to justify needing that cigarette. Remember those days before you smoked? They can and will come back. You are not going to cease to function once you no longer smoke you will simply be the natural person that you always were before your addiction to smoking cigarettes, as if nobody had ever invented them in the first place and you never experienced that habit.

Lost 10 pounds in less than a month But I don't care about weight anymore My appearance in general as well Still no appetite, but force feeding myself Panic attacks are plenty Depression doesn't apply still Because I'm changing For the better or for the worse I don't know yet But I'm changing I don't want to hurt anymore I don't want to be hurt anymore I want things to be clear I don't feel any less for him. I still want it. I realized last Sunday, that I have not talked to anyone. Being afraid was part of the reason. It is also because I don't know anyone, being in New Hampshire; no one I can trust that is. Not anyone my age, how do they know better? Not just any adult, not all adults know. But, some of them have had experiences I'm sure. There's a few I trust. I wish I could talk to them face to face though, not through phone or e-mails. I am so awkward. I cannot even post on xanga anymore. I have no way of expressing myself, in fear of driving him even further away. Relationships via online - it's ..bad. It's just plain bad. I don't like being online as much anymore. I don't know, I don't know. I am hoping, by going to Korea, I will find something, some direction, find someone that can help me. I know I can do so much more, but I've done everything I can on my own. I need the push. There is a possible project I may be doing in September. But I would have to raise money for that. No problem, I can't let money be a problem. It's just the matter of if I'm meant for it. Anyways, the few friends that might read this such as Hyosook [I will send the letter tomorrow hopefully], Dominic, I thank you for being my friends. Just knowing I still have a few people that knows of my existence keeps me from being just a shell, a vegetable. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Returning home from college for Christmas vacation, Clay (Andrew McCarthy) is eager to resume his long-time romantic relationship with Blair (Jami Gertz) and his old friendship with the irresponsible Julian (Robert Downey, Jr.). But he finds the two have started a relationship of their own and developed a fondness for clubs, wild parties and endless amounts of cocaine. Clay's determination and love for Blair enables him to win her back, but Julian is a different story. Increasingly hopeless, addicted and deeply in debt to his dealer (James Spader), he puts Clay and Blair through the ultimate test of friendship, loyalty and love.

Dreary, pointless late-'80s novel by literary poseur Bret Easton Ellis focused on listless, shiftless, drug-sniffing, sex-swapping, dead-end California teens with too much money and time on their hands. Which just about sums up this movie, though it's not nearly as interesting as that. This is mostly due to the ridiculously cleaned-up script and lifeless direction, which whitewashes the baser depravity and replaces it with perversion-lite and fashion shows. It doesn't help that director Marek Kanievska is saddled with Brat Pack lesser (make that least) lights Andrew McCarthy and Jami Gertz. The only things that lift this film above the muck are the performances by James Spader as a particularly heinous drug dealer and Robert Downey Jr. as a rich-kid addict with no self-control. --Marshall Fine
