Eating healthy, Eat a Salad
For the past three years I have volunteered as a mentor at the local high school. Once a month all the mentors and students meet as a group and have a learning session on various topics. The Mentors pick a topic and we do 15 minute roundtable presentation to the participating students rotating and coming each of our tables. The school has a Culinary Arts program and the students in this program are always kind enough to prepare a delicious meal for us. Our most recent meal was a three course meal of Salad, a delicious pasta dish and dessert. This is the beautifully arranged Toss Green Garden Salad with lots of tasty trimmings.Healthy Schools Program Launch in 2006
