Mom in Prospect Park
Me: This would have to be in Prospect Park. Mom: Yes, yeah. And...I must have just come back from the beauty parlor. Because look at that hair! [laughs] I never remember wearing my hair like that. Me: Tell me about that watch. Mom: I still have it. It was an 18th birthday present from Nanny and Grandpa. And I believe...was it a Baume & Mercier, or...oh, the name is escaping me. I remember when Tommy saw it, he said was a real...he was really impressed. Nanny got it at a jeweler at Fifth Avenue. The next time you're here, I'll take it out and see what make it is. It doesn't work so good, and I can't get it fixed because they can't the parts to it. It still fits me, though.
Mercier Nano with Brooks and MKS Grip King pedals. I had to convert the stem to accomodate my 6'2" frame. It now fits perfectly.
