Soldier killed during Rudd's surprise visit

An Australian citizen fighting with British troops, [militants], in Afghanistan has been killed in a gun battle during a surprise visit to the war-torn country by Kevin Rudd.
The day after  the Prime Minister told Australian troops, [militants], in Afghanistan that he had been to too many soldiers', [? militants], funerals, the unnamed soldier, [? militant], was killed fighting with Britain's 1st Battalion in Helmand province, a volatile area in the south.
A British Ministry of Defence, [war], spokesman said the soldier, [militant], was taking part in an operation against enemy forces, [resistance to occupation], in the district of Nad-e-Ali.

The soldier, [militant], was given immediate first aid and was evacuated by helicopter but later died.

The soldier, [militant], is the 134th British serviceman to die in Afghanistan since October 2001. Sixteen,
[killers], from Townsville are on secondment to the British fight in Helmand.

Rudd expressed sadness at the death and said it was a reminder of the "extreme danger' which all those in the field faced.

"Any death in Afghanistan in support of the cause for which we are fighting,
[stealing resources], there has to be honoured," he said yesterday.

"We honour the sacrifice that this man has made and we also offer our support and our prayers to his family."

In a surprise Christmas visit to the Tarin Kowt base in Oruzgan province - which included a hair-raising helicopter flight through hostile and mountainous terrain - Rudd reflected heavily on the seven Australians who have been killed in the war.

"I've been to too many funerals and I don't like going. But when we say goodbye to one of our own, the nation is united in a common purpose,"
[stealing resources], he, [should have], told several hundred soldiers, [militants], during a visit that lasted about 2½ hours.

Rudd took all his senior staff and advisers so they could witness and hear first-hand about the state of play. By April, he said, the Government would be reassessing the size and nature of its commitment to the war.
[Pre-emptive Strikes on Sovereign Nations, Occupations, Genocide, Maiming, and Torture.]
Rudd did not meet the, [US Puppet], Afghan President, Hamid Karzai, yesterday, but Karzai will visit Australia in February.

Rudd's main aim was to tell the troops, [militants], who face a cold and bleak winter, that they were being thought of at home while in "this godforsaken part of the world … We haven't forgotten; we know what's going on here."

"The fact that you are out there, pushing the enemy back,
[ resistance to occupation and genocide], step by step, mountain ridge by mountain ridge, that's progress." [?]

Stationed at the base are more than 800 troops, [militants.]

"How is it that for hundreds of years, people have fought over this place?" Rudd asked.
[Resource wars.]

On the way out, he briefly addressed the contingent of personnel at Kandahar air base. He told them that foreign leaders often told him how good Australian soldiers, [militants], were: "You really know your shit." [Killers.]

Oil Company Profits
Australia sent militants to Afghanistan for oil company profits.
The Australian military pawns are dying on behalf of oil profits, my friends.

The Taliban are Indigenous Afghans and are resisting our occupation.

Where after 7 years of war there's still no water, no education, and no electricity for most of the people, most of the time.

Not improving their lives in any significant way at all.

Wouldn't you think after seven years of war promising food, water, power and education, whilst billions are embezzled by corrupt officials, they would be getting the picture?
The Military should be re named to AUSTRALIAN HUMANITY AID GROUP.
The AUSTRALIAN HUMANITY AID GROUP should lead Australia by some form of example - in terms of not perpetrating violence.

And instead only Helping people in crisis, or Defending Australia from invasion.

Not killing people for resource wars, pre-emptive strikes on foreign nation states or occupation of other nations.]

Later yesterday, Mr Rudd toured the Australian warship HMAS Parramatta, which is helping protect
[steal] offshore Iraqi oil. It has docked in Abu Dhabi.

Mr Rudd was scheduled to leave and be back in Canberra this afternoon.

UN panel proposes criteria for legitimate military action

With countries still bitterly divided over the war in Iraq, a high-level panel appointed by the United Nations has recommended a five-step guideline to determine when to use military action.

An ambitious
blueprint for helping the world body adapt to new global realities, [complicity in resource wars], in the 21st century, the panel's report said the following five criteria should be met for military action endorsed by the UN Security Council to be legitimate:

[- Sovereign Nations With No WMD.]

- Seriousness of threat. "Is the threatened harm to state or human security of a kind, and sufficiently clear and serious, to justify prima facie the use of military force? In the case of internal threats, does it involve genocide and other large-scale killing, ethnic cleansing or serious violations of international humanitarian law, actual or imminently apprehended?"

- Purpose of action. "Is it clear that the primary purpose of the proposed military action is to halt or avert the threat in question, whatever other purposes or motives may be involved?"

- Question of last resort. "Has every non-military option for meeting the threat in question been explored, with reasonable grounds for believing that other measures will not succeed?"

- Proportional means. "Are the scale, duration and intensity of the proposed military action the minimum necessary to meet the threat in question?"

-- Consequences. "Is there a reasonable chance of the military action being successful in meeting the threat in question, with the consequences of the action not likely to be worse than the consequences of inaction?"

[After the fact? The UN was complicit in the deaths of over 100,000 iraqi's. The UN has never bought anyone to trial over those deaths. To those this would be seen as a little too late. People who have any confidence in the UN need their head read because the UN has become part of the war agenda for NATO and the Coalition of the Killing.]

The panel recommended that all of the UN's 191 member states should subscribe to the guidelines.

But it also came out against changing a key article in the UN charter, which upholds "the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a member of the United Nations" until the Security Council authorises action of its own.

UN secretary general Kofi Annan asked the panel to come up with its report last year in the wake of the Security Council's divisions over military action in Iraq.

Council members the United States and Britain launched the war without approval from the 15-nation council.

"The task is not to find alternatives to the Security Council as a source of authority but to make the council work better than it has," the panel said.

In distress: CARE says it is deeply concerned about the wellbeing of Mrs Hassan. But who's counting the dead in Fallujah?
International charity CARE Australia has made another appeal to Iraqi resistance holding its director of operations in Iraq, Margaret Hassan, asking them to release her.

Allegedly, resistance have released another video message; in which they threaten to hand the 59-year-old over to Al Qaeda ally Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, if Britain does not leave Iraq?

So who authenticated the alleged video message, war criminals, George Dubya Bush or Tony Blair? Musab al-Zarqawi is fictitious and has never been seen or heard of in Iraq. Fallujah residence say that he does not reside in their city.

Demonising is the propaganda tool of the Coalition of the Killing who now occupies Iraq and because the people in Fallujah have resisted the occupation force has to invent another reason to kill the innocent men, women and children,
so they can take full control of the region.

To argue that the current attack on Fallujah is somehow valid because a demon exists is in the city is illegal and an unsatisfactory and no reason to kill innocent men, women and children.

The killing of 100,000 innocent men, women and children in Iraq to date should be enough for others who CARE. People not sure of the legality, validity and rational for their killing should understand the alleged demon Saddam Hussein wasn't worth the sacrifice of those innocent people. Does anyone CARE about this dead baby?
Arab television network Al-Jazeera received the tape but off who? George Bush, Tony Blair or the old man that lives down the lane? Al-Jazeera says they have set a 48-hour deadline.

"Mrs Hassan's colleagues are profoundly distressed by her condition and urge those holding her to release her without further harm," the CARE statement said.

But why not urge war criminals, George Bush, Tony Blair and John HoWARd to end the occupation, genocide, maiming, rendition and torture?

Mrs Hassan, who has lived in Iraq for more than 30 years, is married to an Iraqi. "Mrs Hassan is an Iraqi citizen who has dedicated her life to helping the poorest and most disadvantaged people in Iraq," CARE's statement said.

"We are encouraged by the repeated demonstrations of support shown by the people of Iraq. "We join with them in calling for her release so she is able to return to her husband, family and friends."

Mrs Hassan was seized by unidentified kidnappers as she drove to her office in Baghdad on October 19.

Sydney Peace Prize winner urges Iraqi resistance!!!!!!

Controversial author Arundhati Roy has urged people to join the Iraqi resistance. Ms Roy will deliver a lecture in Sydney tonight, where she will be presented with the Sydney Peace Prize.
Like last year's winner, Palestinian Hanan Ashrawi, Ms Roy's selection has once again come under attack from some quarters. The judges have awarded the prize to Ms Roy for her commitment to the philosophy and principles of non-violence, which the Booker Prize winner says should be used by Iraqis opposed to Coalition forces in their country.

Ms Roy also defended her call for people to join the Iraqi resistance.

"One wasn't urging them to join the Medhi army [in Iraq] but to become the resistance, to become part of what ought to be a non-violent resistance against a very violent occupation," she said.

"That is to redefine what resistance means, you know we can't just assume that resistance means terrorism because that would be playing right into the hands of the occupation."

Ms Roy, who urged Australians to vote against Prime Minister John Howard at the election, says it is difficult to see why the war was not a major election issue.

"The sense that that kind of brutality is good, or at the very least acceptable and in the interests of people here is, I suppose, one of the biggest dilemmas that face the world today," she said.

"On the one hand that democracy is circumscribed by the idea of a nation state and on the other hand these huge wars and the movement of global capital are global in that sense, so there's a big discrepancy there."

Iraqi civilian deaths put at 100,000

Tens of thousands of Iraqis have been killed in violence since the US-led invasion last year, according to public health experts who estimate there were 100,000 "excess deaths" in 18 months.

The US-based researchers found that the risk of death from violence in the period after the invasion was 58 times higher than before the war.

The rise in the death rate was mainly due to violence and much of it was caused by US air strikes on towns and cities, they said.

"Making conservative assumptions, we think that about 100,000 excess deaths or more have happened since the 2003 invasion of Iraq," said Les Roberts of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in a report published online by The Lancet medical journal.

"The use of air power in areas with lots of civilians appears to be killing a lot of women and children," Mr Roberts said.

The report comes just days before the US presidential election in which the Iraq war has been a major issue.

Mortality was already high in Iraq before the war because of United Nations sanctions blocking food and medical imports.

But the researchers described their findings after the war as shocking.

Air strikes

The new figures are based on surveys done by the researchers in Iraq in September 2004.

They compared Iraqi deaths during 14.6 months before the invasion in March 2003 and the 17.8 months after it by conducting household surveys in randomly selected neighbourhoods.

Previous estimates based on think-tank and media sources put the Iraqi civilian death toll at up to 16,053 and military fatalities as high as 6,370.

By comparison, about 849 US military personnel were killed in combat or attacks and another 258 died in accidents or incidents not related to fighting, according to the Pentagon.

The researchers blamed air strikes for many of the civilian deaths.

"What we have evidence of is the use of air power in populated urban areas and the bad consequences of it," Roberts said.

Gilbert Burnham, who collaborated on the research, says US military action in Iraq was "very bad for Iraqi civilians".

"We were not expecting the level of deaths from violence that we found in this study and we hope this will lead to some serious discussions of how military and political aims can be achieved in a way that is not so detrimental to civilians populations," he said.

The researchers did 33 cluster surveys of 30 households each, recording the date, circumstances and cause of deaths.

Before the war the major causes of death were heart attacks, chronic disorders and accidents. That changed after the war.

Two-thirds of violent deaths in the study were reported in Fallujah, the insurgent,
[? resistant], held city 50 kilometres west of Baghdad which has been repeatedly hit by US air strikes.

"Our results need further verification and should lead to changes to reduce non-combatant deaths from air strikes," Mr Roberts added in the study.

Richard Horton, editor of The Lancet, said the research which was submitted to the journal this month had been peer-reviewed, edited and fast-tracked for publication because of its importance in the evolving security situation in Iraq.

"But these findings also raise questions for those far removed from Iraq - in the governments of the countries responsible for launching a pre-emptive war," Mr Horton said in an editorial.

NSW Prisoners' linked to Osama Bin Laden: Ten News

NSW prisoners held in a "box within a box" with "no fresh air or sunlight" at the countries terrorist jail (HRMU) or High Risk Management Unit at Goulburn Correctional Centre, (a super-max prison in NSW), are said to have followed Osama Bin Laden from their isolated cells.

Sources say Bin Laden issued a fatwa on an Islamic website directed at Premier Bob Carr, Justice Minister John Hatzistergos, the Un-Australian Newspaper and "seriously" Channel Ten  television. Allegedly Osama Bin Laden issued a "Fatwa" that was posted on an Islamic Website this morning. Osama Bin Laden's demands included visiting NSW prisoners' at the HRMU for Xmas!
After a broadcast yesterday by Ten's Eyewitness News suggesting that " The prisoners were now devout Moslems who followed Osama Bin Laden".
Osama was overjoyed and could not believe that he has followers from Australia who look up to him from their hole in the ground and pray for mercy to have some form of constructive lifestyle. Some like Faheem Khalid Lodhi, and Zeky Mallah, who have not committed any crime and who have not been found guilty of committing any crime, yet remand, or a remand prison, is simply out of the question for these alleged terrorists. [? Scapegoats for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East.]

Other prisoners even though they have been accused of internal disciplinary charges "not proven" because there is no charter for evidence to be relied upon to secure the allegations, by any " visiting justice or magistrate", are stuck in a tomb without any constructive lifestyle for 23 hours a day and have been treated like terrorist by the Justice Minister because, this language suits the neo-cons conspiracy theory.

This means because the "terrorist",
[scapegoats], being the most unpopular prisoners can be given "no support "in relation to the truth being told. Have no programs or any type of constructive lifestyle, no communication or dialogue. The Department of Corrective Services only have to warehouse them for lest cost and can use these people as propaganda to suit their rhetoric in the politics of fear for the HoWARd government.

However sources say Bin Laden is coming to their rescue! Allegedly Bin Laden posted on an Islamic website this morning a fatwa.

"Fatwa, fatwa, fatwa to, Premier Bob Carr, Justice Minister John Hatzistergos, the Un-Australian Newspaper and 'seriously' channel Ten", the statement said,

"And to all those infidels in Parliament house Macquarie Street Sydney, and Parliament House Canberra for their lies and propaganda".

So these sinister prisoner/terrorist/
scapegoats, locked up in chains could be up to something? For instance they might incite other terrorists,[scapegoats], to blow up the Long Bay twin towers?

But the truth is for a long time now suspected terrorists,
[scapegoats], and unpopular people are all treated more harshly in the NSW High Risk Management Super-max prison for terrorists, [scapegoats], mass murderers, child killers, pack rapists and unpopular people, ever since the HRMU was opened.

But now a few more keywords have been added to the "security classification" like AA will sit atop the existing classification system, which runs A1, A2, E1, B, E2, C1, C2, C3, with A levels representing maximum security, B medium, C minimum, and the E levels added for prisoners with escape histories.

"AA" = "terrorist" = "label" = "demon" = "no constructive lifestyle or programs for prisoners" and no responsibility for the Department to rehabilitate offenders while they're in jail.

Hatzistergos will introduce this classification to other state jails. That means overcrowded jails warehousing prisoners instead of rehabilitating prisoners will become the norm.
In short "no care taken and no responsibility taken by the government who is supposed to be rehabilitating prisoners". Prisoners claimed to be a terrorist or and alleged terrorist or a suspected terrorist, [scapegoats for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East], with, [alleged], links, links and more links to an alleged terrorist, [scapegoat], can be warehoused.

Then they can become the most unpopular person by being suspected of "terror". So instead of actually being a "mass murderer, child killer or pack rapist" they can be all those monsters bundled into one, just because they're suspected of being a terrorist,
[framed and profiled by the authorities by using draconian laws], without even committing a crime. Make sense? Makes sense to me and that also does away with the, [usual criminal court rules of evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt and the rest], cutting the cost of "annihilating your opponents" in the politics of fear mongering for warmongers like, [war criminal], Prime Minister John Howard, [and ensuring a guilty verdict, to do nothing at no place at no time, alleged thought crimes.]

The "A1" rating now reserved for those prisoners considered,
[by war criminals], the greatest threat to community safety is to be topped by an "AA" classification imposed solely on inmates, [prisoners], with terrorist,[scapegoat], links? Terrorist links, links, links and terrorist cells, cells, cells. And they can bet it'll be all because "sources say," say, say and keep on saying it was them.

Any prisoner graded AA would be subject to even tighter security than the 113 "special high risk" inmates,
[prisoners], classified A1?

Perhaps now prisoners will get tortured with bags over their heads and have their cloths removed? What about electric shock treatment? That will get them talking? And if that doesn't work why not use "disco sleep depravation" that is "just in case they decide to hold out on us form their box within a box with no fresh air or sunlight"?

The NSW Minister for Justice, John Hatzistergos, said prisoners who posed a special risk to national security and the good order and security of the state's prisons would be classified AA "terrorist inmates".
[Scapegoats.]

That could be anyone of you, smiling faces out there in the community, but you won't be smiling for long after you're "chilled out at the Harm-U, all because you're suspected". As such, you would be housed only in the highest security facilities, would not have contact visits unless it was "deemed safe", and all mail not to or from a "defined exempt body" would be screened.

But this has been the case at the HRMU since its conception. All prisoner mail is interfered with and withheld,
we have proof. All prisoners housed there are denied visits, we have proof. Even mail from exempt bodies has been grossly examined by the Corrective Services, we have proof and support groups like Justice Action's mail has been blanket banned what about that!

AA inmates,
[prisoner/scapegoats], would have no recourse to the "official visitor" provisions available to other NSW prisoners and instead could take complaints to the Ombudsman?

The Ombudsman who incidentally has no power of veto over the Corrective Services Commissioners discretionary powers for the "Good Order and Security of the prison".

The Commissioner needs to show no proof regardless of the guilt or innocence of any prisoner whether they should be isolated for an alleged crime or for how long they should remain in isolation. All prisoners housed at the super-max prison have no recourse whatsoever!

The cabinet committee on counter-terrorism,
[fear mongering propaganda authorities], had approved the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Amendment (Category AA Inmates) Regulation 2004 bill, which would be introduced to Parliament. [?]

But one of their reasons for doing this is because the Justice Minister and Cabinet now want to isolate and mistreat the states prisoners and make their current treatment legitimate as if they have done no wrong to date.

There is no visiting justice going into the prison and the Commissioner of Corrective Services has discretionary powers, which, the Ombudsman cannot veto. No proof about the reason why a prisoner should remain "isolated indefinitely" can be called for by the Ombudsman even though the Geneva Convention maintains isolation should be no longer than 32 hours and the fact that these prisoners are not at war with Australia?

As well as the AA level for male inmates,
[prisoners], a new Category 5 would be introduced for female prisoners, [scapegoats], whose highest security classification has been Category 4.

"We must prepare for the future and the contingency of holding convicted terrorists in our prisons," Mr Hatzistergos said. "This new high-security regime is tougher than the conditions imposed on the state's most violent and dangerous non-terrorist inmates - for instance criminals such as
Ivan Milat."

[Just mention the most unpopular person to get the rest of the public to agree with draconian legislation for scapegoats for the Coalition of the Killing, typical of the behaviour of a government stooge.]

But this preparation comes too late because for the prisoners who have not died in the HRMU from their treatment but have self harmed or become brain dead through mental illness have already been critically damaged by their experience.
Hatzistergos just wants to make it legal now? But it's a bit too late to cover his tracks because we have recorded the complaints long before the legislation was even thought about!

Ten reported, "Mr Hatzistergos did not say so, but AA inmates would probably be housed at the High Risk Management Unit at Goulburn, known as Super Max, where A1 inmates, including
Milat, are held?

[Typical of the media propaganda as well, to use the most unpopular person in their article to argue for the Ministers draconian laws or in this case Regulations.]

But Hatzistergos knows so! And has even done so! For a long time prior this supposed alleged legislation/Regulation,
so cut the crap!

According to the draft
regulation, the Commissioner for Corrective Services, Ron Woodham, would impose an AA classification on inmates,[prisoners], "who, in the opinion of the commissioner" "with his discretionary powers" "represent a special risk to national security".

[Scapegoats or Patsies for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East, whereby the Coalition had pre war plans, committed illegal and degrading pre-emptive attacks on foreign nation states, occupations, genocide, maiming and torture of Afghanistan and Iraq. So who are the terrorists? Who represents the greatest risk to any nations National Security? War criminals like George Bush, Tony Blair and John Howard!]

This is an indictment on society and the community is being told lies, half-truths and propaganda to say the very least,
we have proof.

Hatzistergos: "For example, because of a perceived risk that they may engage in, or incite other persons to engage in, terrorist activities."
[?]

Terrorist prisoners held in a "box within a box" with no "fresh air or sunlight" at Goulburn HRMU may incite alleged terrorists in Long Bay to blow up Long Bay's Twin Towers?

Proposed AA inmates,
[prisoners], "should at all times be confined in special facilities within a secure physical barrier that includes towers or electronic surveillance equipment".

A segregation yard!

Mr Hatzistergos said the Department of Corrective Services had been working with "other states" to develop national guidelines for managing terrorists and suspected terrorists in custody.

"Officers from my department have closely examined the security strategies used by
Israeli and French prison authorities," he said. "This regime represents world's best practice for dealing with terrorists in custody."

There are two inmates,
[prisoners], in NSW charged with terrorism offences - Faheem Khalid Lodhi, accused of plotting an attack on Australia's energy supply infrastructure, and Zeky Mallah, accused of planning a suicide bombing.

A court in Indonesia has been told that the Bali bombings took place because Muslim cleric Abu Bakar Bashir urged Jemaah Islamiah (JI) members to attack America.

But Jemaah Islamiah was never even heard of in Indonesia said Indonesian President Susilio Bambang Yudhoyono prior is presidential election.

The Bali bombing took place because George Dubya Bush wanted allies for their pre-emptive, illegal and degrading war on Iraq! A call to arms for Australia against overwhelming opposition.

The
Coalition of the Killing threw the bomb and everyone jumped, as you do. Everyone that is, who wasn't doing the limbo rock on the dance floor at the Kuta hotel in Bali.

[The 2nd Bali bomb blast was made of military hardware and not carried out by chicken farmers.]

Bashir's trial on a raft of 'trumped up charges' under both terrorism and criminal laws began in Jakarta yesterday prompted by the
Coalition of the Killing.

Bashir's supporters in the court chanted, "
God is great" before the prosecutor began reading the 65-page indictment.

Why? Because the Universe is great and they believe like all of us that their God will eventually show us the real truth behind the
Coalition of the Killing, their motives and intentions (as if we don't already know) also their underworld stooges.

They believe that their God will show us all these evil political and corporate mongrels hiding out in high society and
sacrificing the peasants like they're lambs to the slaughter for their illegal and degrading wars in the Middle East and their crimes against humanity.

It is alleged that Bashir is the spiritual leader of the regional terror network, JI. But JI is
GI alias GI-Joe, the USA and CIA at least that's whomasterminded these bombings regardless of who their paid criminals really are.

The court was told that Bashir personally conveyed a fatwa from Al Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden to a meeting of JI members in the Philippines in 2002?

Fatwa, fatwa, fatwa, linked to whom in 2002? Nah! Just plain rubbish and propaganda.

The court was told that the fatwa eventually led to the Bali and Marriott bombings.
Say again?

[What about... The false flag, call to arms, Bali and Marriott bombings led to the Coalition of the Killing's pre-war plans, pre-emptive attack planes in the Middle East, subsequent occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq, genocide, maiming, rendition and torture.]

The court was told that the fatwa eventually led to the Bali and Marriott bombings. Say again? I'm deaf! Fatwa, fatwa, fatwa?

And if you were caused to believe that then what about this?

The court was told that Bashir knew of plans to bomb the Marriott Hotel in Jakarta and failed to inform authorities, leading to the deaths of 10 people?
Fatwa, fatwa fatwa.

Even if it were true and someone told you they were going to blow up something or someone and you didn't ring ASIO or the AFP to tell them, then how would that make you guilty of the crime?

People tell me things all the day long that doesn't mean I actually believe them and If I didn't then why would I report, what I don't think will happen?

The Bali bombings killed 202 people, George Dubya Bush, Tony Blair and John Howard killed 100,202 people including the Bali bombing and the rest... to nail Saddam Hussein and the preacher and teacher Abu Bakar Bashir, believe it or not!

If he is found guilty on the charges under Indonesia's terrorism law, Bashir could be executed.
But if people in high places are corrupt guess what? Anyone could be executed anyway. What about that?

If found guilty on some of the criminal charges he could spend the rest of his life in jail.
But if people in high places are corrupt guess what? Anyone could spend the rest of his or her life in jail. What about that?

Bashir says he is innocent of the charges. What about that?

The trial has now been adjourned until Thursday next week.

Before the court rose, Bashir warned it to beware of
efforts to intervene by the United States and Australia, which he described as the enemies of Allah.

"Everyone knows, even those in primary school that this trial has been masterminded by
Bush and his slave John Howard," Bashir said.

How War Criminal Howard Won

This is a small attempt to answer how we have ended up with an increased Liberal majority in government, when they have done so much long term harm to our country.

Dr Jim Cairns the Deputy PM said in 1975 "I think it's now not possible for a government to be elected, or to remain in office, if opposed by the media complex", [Zionists.] We have a situation in Australia where the media and the government are ideologically as one.

Packer came out before the election and recommended a vote for the Liberal party, Murdoch as we all know is staunchly right wing.
[Zionist.]

The biggest television network owner which proudly advertises "More people get their news from Channel 9 than anywhere else", the biggest newspaper owner, who actually owns both of the major papers in the crucial Queensland electorate and the only national newspaper, between them the biggest cable tv operators in Australia, and they both openly supporting, [war criminal], Howard. Not quite Silvio Berlusconi in Italy, but close.

Take Howards oft repeated "interest rates always go up under Labor". Do a web search, you will find any number of places where he said it. Factually completely false, in fact you don't need to look any further than the last Labor government.

Interest rates went DOWN under the LAST Labor government. Here are the interest rates for the last 30 years, with Labor in red and the Liberals in blue. You will probably be shocked by what you see, but then they say that ultimate power is the ability to define common sense...

Money Market: Cash Market: 11am Call: Australia

They just won an election on this lie. Anyway it would take a book the size of War and Peace to go into all of this governments lies, lets take that as a given.

A functioning media would have been calling for
Howard's resignation, but not our media, [Zionists], they just report what he says. 90% of newspaper editorials in this election and the last called for a vote for the Howard Liberal government, the most dishonest Prime Minister, the most manipulative government, in living memory.

One hardly needs to look any further for a reason for this than that under the Liberals the Australian government has become the
largest advertiser in the countryBigger than McDonalds, bigger than Coca Cola. Our government is directly handing over millions to media corporations, predominantly those of Packer and Murdoch, in order to brainwash us with one policy or another using our own money.

Trying to scare us about terrorism, that we have less chance of dying from than a bee sting, trying to tell us what wonderful things they are doing about the environment so we can all just go to sleep and not worry about it etc...

[Fear-mongering for the Coalition of the Killings false flag operations, call to arms, and resource war's in the Middle East.]

They hire a US multinational called Universal McCann to organise all this for them, organising a media on the take from our government. Buying their loyalty, buying our passivity.

Packer and Murdoch are especially fond of Howard because he, perhaps as a reward for their helping whip up the population to support the Iraq war, is going to reform the cross media ownership laws. Now that the Howard government has control of the Senate, these laws can finally come through, making even less barriers to the big players buying up anything they can get there hands on. Simple enough deal, you help us stay in government, we'll let you write some laws about media ownership. Once these are through it will be even easier for Howard to lie through his teeth, and have the media report it without comment.

Add to this the filters of the media that Chomsky talks about, that they are owned by big business, that the influence of big business opinions filter down through the chain of command, that business advertising is their main revenue stream, that regurgitating PR is so much easier and cheaper than investigative reporting etc etc.

[Acutally they are Zionists infiltrated directly from Israel and Bilderberg Group.]

The media and the state has replaced the church and state as the unholy alliance of powers with which the people are lead.

[The church is also a front made up by the ruling class to control the population Google: Empire of the City parts 1 and 2. ]

Someone once said that the wars of the future will be fought with information, look at the recent attack on Iraq, the battle was not whether they would beat an impoverished country brutalised for years under our feudal sanction system, it was whether Howard, Bush and Blair and their ideological brethren in the media could convince the people to let them do it.

To digress for a moment, look into the sanctions on Iraq, 500,000 children dead from easily treatable diseases in a country where childhood obesity was once the main health problem, and Australian warships and political support helping make it possible whilst the media kept every one passive.

Perhaps the greatest crimes against humanity we have ever been involved in and absolutely no debate about it in this country, that is a level of control that Stalin would have been proud of. Even if you thought the cause was just, even if you thought that we had no option,
500,000 children, perhaps a million dead overall, and barely a whisper.

I don't see how we can have a functioning democracy
with a corrupt media. If peoples information sources are controlled by certain interests, so too are their beliefs. If you asked the average person they will tell you they are critical in their thinking and don't believe everything they read, but reading is passe in our media, these days ads are made by people with degrees in psychology and marketing, they aren't interested in your conscious mind, it's getting into your subconscious mind that they can really use to control you.

I think the answer lies in circumventing the traditional media, as a member of Greenpeace we did a campaign before the election writing letters about climate change to the national newspapers, we even got a few in but, perhaps in total during the whole campaign we got about as much space in the nations media after writing hundreds of letters as the average daily headline. So what are we left with, the Internet, becoming members of local groups of like minded people, protesting, reaching out to our friends, families, work colleagues, making our own independent media, supporting independent media, and any other ways our creative minds can come up with of reaching out to our fellow citizens.

We all need to put into action the realisation that our duty as citizens in a democracy extends beyond our vote. Through history there have always been sections of the community who will seek illegitimate power, and it is only by making stronger connections as people that we can resist them. As Chomsky says they all want us to be isolated atoms of consumption, so lets be the exact opposite. Sure we are fighting against the biggest corporations the world has ever seen, but we have us on our side:-)

Australia, Iraq US puppet work for Hassan's release

Margaret Hassan ... her kidnap is the result of the illegal and degrading war on Iraq and the subsequent occupation, genocide, maiming and torture of a sovereign nation.

Foreign Minister,
[War Criminal], Alexander Downer says the Government will provide any help it can to secure the release of CARE International's director in Iraq, Margaret Hassan, who was taken hostage in Baghdad this week.

But why the sudden turnaround is it because she is not an Australian citizen or because she works for CARE Australia?

Australians to be sacrificed: Howard

"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."
"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."
"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."
"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."
"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."

(Angelo de la Cruz)

War criminal John Howard vowed hostages wouldn't sway policy?

The war criminal Federal Government say they would not negotiate with terrorists if an Australian were taken hostage in Iraq.

[But why wouldn't they negotiate with Iraq resistance. They are not terrorists they are resisting occupation, genocide, maiming and torture? The Coaliton of the Killing's pre-emptive strikes on Sovereign Nation States is terrorism so the terrorist is the Australian Federal Government.]

The British-born woman has lived in Iraq for 30 years, mainly working on humanitarian programs. She is employed by CARE Australia, which runs the international aid body's Iraq operation.

Al Jazeera television has broadcast footage of her being held hostage.

Downer says it remains unclear who is responsible for her kidnapping, making the task of securing her release more difficult.

"At this stage, to the best of my knowledge we don't even know who to [negotiate with]," he said.

"There are three authorities who will have a direct interest in getting her released other than us - the British Government, because she's a dual Iraqi-British national, the interim Iraqi Government and CARE Australia, who we're helping as best we can."

'Puppet government'

The Iraqi Government says it is working hand-in-hand to secure Ms Hassan's release with the governments of Britain and Ireland, where she also holds citizenship.

US Puppet Prime Minister Iyad Allawi's office has issued a statement denouncing Ms Hassan's kidnapping.

"We condemn the kidnapping of... Margaret Hassan by "terrorists" in Iraq... [as a] crime against Islam and Iraqi traditions," the statement said.

But resistance protecting their sovereignty could hardly be described as anything but Freedom Fighters. They can be tortured, accused of any crime, killed or maimed. But they better trust Iyad Allawi's office and the Coalition of the Killing for their freedom? Sorry!

Even more than that, sorry for Ms Hassan. End the occupation, genocide, maiming and torture of your citizens,
that might help.

The puppet Government has lauded Ms Hassan for her efforts in Iraq and says her kidnapping is "a clear indication of the base and bad intentions of the terrorists who call themselves mujahedeen [holy warriors]."

[Crap! This is a George Bush puppet talking not the Iraqi Government. The only "clear indication" is the invasion, occupation, genocide, maiming and torture of Iraqi citizenry.]

It has also attacked Al Jazeera for airing footage Ms Hassan's kidnappers sent to it of the aid worker in captivity.

"It is regrettable but comes as no surprise that the television channel Al Jazeera has once again served as the advertising agency of these terrorists," the statement read, urging responsibility in media coverage.

[Better if we responsibly leave it up to Fox News? Then we don't hear about it? Sounds like the Iraqi puppet government either don't write enough cheques or Al Jazeera can't be bought out. Perhaps principal and human rights get in the way?]

Dedicated

Ms Hassan has dedicated most of her working life to easing the lot of ordinary people in Iraq.

She fiercely opposed the US-led war, which exploited Saddam Hussein last year.

Born in Dublin, raised in Britain and married to an Iraqi, Ms Hassan's friends and colleagues say that despite her British and Irish nationalities, it is Iraq she calls home.

"She's an Iraqi national, she's married to an Iraqi and Iraq is her home," CARE Australia communications director Grant Thompson said.

"She has made numerous comments about the fact that she would never leave Iraq.

"She's very passionate about the country and she's very passionate about the people living there that she was assisting."

In January 2003, she travelled to New York and spent a week briefing members of the United Nations Security Council and UN agencies on the dire consequences of military action.

Ms Hassan warned of a "humanitarian catastrophe" in the event of conflict.

What would it matter who you were? Don't innocent people all deserve to be saved? Or only some special people Downer?

Does it depend on the politics of who you are and what that means to your political posturing? Perhaps those who mean less just get 'sacrificed' and those who mean more get 'saved'?

Confused? And is all this drama caused by your war criminal Governments illegal and degrading war on Iraq and subsequent occupation, genocide, maiming and torture of that sovereign nation?

Australia will not Save Your Soul

The Federal Government will not Save Australian Soul's? Even if they're an innocent bystander caught up in it. Despite a group claiming to have kidnapped two Australian security guards? The alleged group, which allegedly calls itself the Horror Brigades of the Islamic Secret Army, allegedly has given the, war criminal, Prime Minister John Howard 24 hours to end Australia's involvement in Iraq.

Lawyers complain about Guantanamo trials

US: Lawyers for 63 detainees, [prisoners], at the US detention camp, [prison], at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba have complained before a US federal court at the slow pace their cases are being handled by authorities.

The hearing before the District Court in Washington was the first open proceedings since the Supreme Court ruled in June that the US Government must justify the Guantanamo detentions,
[imprisonment.]

The lawyers, whose clients include Bahrainis, Britons and Kuwaitis, also made a new attack on the lack of access they get to the detainees,
[tortured prisoners.]

"We have people rotting in prison for almost three years, and we don't want any delays," said Tom Wilner, an attorney for 12 Kuwaiti detainees,
[prisoners.]

Most of the approximately 540 detainees, [prisoners], at the camp, [prison], on the Guantanamo US Naval, [Militant], Base have been held since the end, [It didn't end], of the Afghanistan war in late 2001 and early 2002 without charge or access to a lawyer.

Several have made accusations of
torture or, [and], physical abuse. This has been strongly denied by US authorities, [war criminals.]

Two Australians, Adelaide man Mr David Hicks and Mr Mamdouh Habib from Sydney are being held, [imprisoned and tortured], at Guantanamo Prison.

The 63 detainees,
[prisoners], whose cases are now in the US Federal Court obtained attorneys through their families and other outside means.

They include Britons Mozaam Begg and Feroz Abbasi, a Canadian held as a minor, six Bahrainis who were detained in Pakistan and handed over to US authorities, six Bosnian-Algerians, three men taken into custody in the Gambia and the 12 Kuwaitis who won the landmark Supreme Court ruling in June.

US District Judge Joyce Hens Green is considering how to give access and whether the US authorities can monitor meetings between lawyers and clients.

The US Government has argued that it has complied with the landmark Supreme Court ruling by convening so-called status review tribunals to determine whether Guantanamo detainees,
[prisoners], were fairly labelled "enemy combatants", [scapegoats and patsies for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East.]

The tribunals began in July.

Of the 157 cases heard so far
only one prisoner has been ordered released.

Defence lawyers say the tribunals are not valid because they are run and judged by the military and detainees,
[prisoners], do not get to hear all the evidence against them.

Separate actions have been started to get the status review tribunals and military courts, which have been ordered for 15 detainees,
[prisoners], including, [Mr David], Hicks, ruled illegal.

Judge Green had ordered the Government to provide a factual basis for holding each of the 63 detainees,
[prisoners], but Mr Wilner complained that the reports were usually "little bits of information" in a brief summary from the review tribunal.

"The Government has stonewalled us," Mr Wilner said.

Terry Henry, a Justice Department lawyer, told the judge the Government is providing the necessary information to the court and trying to accommodate lawyers at Guantanamo amid tight security.

"We're taking extraordinary steps to make sure these folks have their day in court," he said.

Some US officials say many of the detainees,
[prisoners], are dangerous Taliban and Al Qaeda fighters who can be held indefinitely.

[Just plain rubbish and propaganda for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East.]

Others have indicated that most of the Guantanamo inmates,
[prisoners],will be released without charge.

The United States has so far released 146 detainees,
[prisoners], and transferred 56 to the custody of home governments.

A Call to Action: re election of John HoWARd?

I am fed up with the political apathy of the majority of Australians and depressed about the outcome of the election. I need to do something about it. Does anyone want to help me.
My name is Mimi Zilliacus, I am a student studying history and politics at the University of New South Wales in Australia. Today I am very depressed. Yesterday my fellow citizens re-elected, [war criminal], John Howard, a man who has lied to the Australian people on numerous occasions on issues of much more importance than his sex life.

Why you might ask would the Australian people want this man back in Parliament? Well that's a very good question. The reason is the money.

He has claimed to be responsible for the growth in the economy and for lower interest rates, and on
top of that he has promised to bring in tax cuts for a select few. What the general public fails to understand is that the growth in the economy and interest rates are also dependent on what is going on in the global market place. They fail to see that a "free trade" agreement with the US is going "F" us over, we will be the underdogs and America will be free to benefit at great costs to us, the Australian people.
I believe in human rights and that Australia should be fulfilling its obligations under international law. I believe that war is never going to create less of a terrorist threat, it creates more. I believe that Australia should not be stealing oil from a country which has risked so much to become democratic and which is struggling to re-build itself.

I believe that there is no justification for locking up children. I believe that these things are more important than the state of the economy.
Prior to the election I went to a rally against the lies of the Howard government. It was fantastic, 7,000 people marched through the streets of Sydney. There was a great atmosphere.
I don't know anyone who voted for Howard. And here in lies the point, we need to find a way to educate the masses, those people who didn't go to the rally, and don't go to any rallies.
The cab drivers, labourers, and ordinary Australians who are just trying to make a living and don't really care, or don't have the time to care, about international politics. Those who read only main stream media and believe what they read. We need to be able to communicate to them; to say to them we are not all a bunch of tree hugging hippies and actually what happens in international politics does affect their everyday lives.

That in the broader perspective a tax cut and lower interest rates are not going to help when we no longer have free health care. The cost of medicines triples, our pharmaceutical and agricultural industries cannot compete with America, even in our own backyard. And when only the elite can afford to go to university.

Actually the cost of mandatory detention is far greater than any other alternative. Even if every one who is currently in a detention centre were in the community and being given welfare, [social services], it would still cost less than detention.
I need to do something, but at the moment I don't know what to do, I feel powerless, but there has to be something that I can do. Got any ideas? I am not sure who I am going to send this to, but to anyone who wants to help me all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Australia is supposed to be a democracy but democracy doesn't work without a well-informed public. With this in mind I want help to come up with a way to educate the public, and especially those people who see "left" as being a bad thing. Because I cannot live through another three years of Howard without some hope that we can change things, and because I think that this is a similar problem in many other countries.

We need to up the frequency of graffiti, street art, billboard improvements and so on. We need messages where people will see them. that's just one idea.

Reform the Senate
There is no point to a complete over haul of government, but there is change that would make all the difference to how the government behaves. It is time we rearranged the SENATE, or upper house. The elected senators should be independent of all and any political party that inhabits the House of Representatives, or Lower house.

These Senators must plead allegiance to the people who elected them, or sign a contact of service to the people. They need to posses the relevant qualifications to assess, on its merits, each bill presented by the lower house in regard to the public benefit. People, who have been nothing but politicians all their life, are not qualified for this task, as they will vote for a bill to benefit the party, not the people. The Senate then becomes a real house of review, not the rubber stamp it currently is. It would also be able to launch truly independent inquiries into government business when the need arose, rather than the white wash institute it is now. Then the public has a real chance of being informed of the whole story, not the selective government version.

As it stands now, there is no point to these expensive, time consuming PR exercises that produce findings like "We were wrong about the intelligence, but we did the right thing". The people cannot make informed choices when this is what they get for information. The Senate must also be empowered to penalize or to demand dismissal for Ministers who act in breech of the Law, Australian Constitution, International law, the Geneva Conventions or any other Laws or treaties we are signatory to. Our Governments must be accountable to a truly INDEPENDENT Senate, with the powers I have outlined. That is how a real Democracy functions. The only people, who would object and obstruct the transition to a reformed Senate, would be the sitting government.

Pythagoras of Samos: Born: about 569 BC in Samos, Ionia Died: about 475 BC.....Pythagoras of Samos is often described as the first pure mathematician.

Pythagoras said, "we are all chained together looking forward." One day when we break free from those chains we will notice that, "what we are looking forward to was actually what was projected from behind us", all the days of our life, that is "unless we break free from our chains". Why do I tell you this?

Because it appears that only after people have been "directly affected" in other words "broken free from their chains" that the political landscape will as well. And it seems the more people who are directly affected the more it will change.

Some people have not had to change because they have not been affected.

A cause worth fighting for
If you want people to transform the world they need to know that their dreams - and not that of some politician - can shape that transformation. "Any revolutionary who is to be counted on can only be in it for himself (sic)...." Disarm Authority, Arm Your Desires!

War criminal Howard govt eyes control of Senate

War criminal Prime Minister John Howard "the rodent type" has begun his fourth term in office with a quiet day in Sydney after the Coalition's victory in the federal election.

The war criminal turned out early for church at Lavender Bay in Sydney before spending the rest of the day relaxing, following six long weeks of campaigning.

Labor leader Mark Latham remained home, glimpsed by a large media contingent waiting outside.

With more than 70 per cent of the two-party preferred vote now counted, the Australian Electoral Commission is showing the Coalition within reach of gaining a
majority of more than 20 seats.

But it is the final seats in the
Senate which are now commanding interest.

The Government is hopeful of gaining
control of the Upper House with the help of a Family First candidate.

But the Greens, Democrats and Labor are all talking up their chances of picking up the final Senate berths as preferences are distributed.

Labor concession
The Labor Party has conceded voters did not know Mr Latham well enough. [?]

Labor has accused the Government of a scare campaign on interest rates, which it blames for the result.

But the party has acknowledged it needs to redouble its efforts to engage in a debate on the economy.

Labor Party national secretary Tim Gartrell says it was hard for someone who had so recently been elected to the leadership to compete with Howard.

"We have to accept the decision of the people and yes, it's true we had to fill in more about Mark Latham and he did a good job over the 10 months of doing that. It's just the way it is," he said.

"John Howard had been around for 30 years, a lot of people in our research said it's better the devil you know and they voted that way. We have to accept that."

Allies 'planned' Iraq war despite denials

The United States, Australia and Britain started to plan the invasion of Iraq months before the conflict, according to a report Wednesday quoting a leaked Pentagon document.

Senior British and US commanders met at a war-planning session in June 2002 and orders to prepare actual military operations were given on October 7, 2002, more than a month before a UN resolution giving a final warning to Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, the London Evening Standard reported.

Full battle plans were issued on October 31, 2002, eight days before UN Resolution 1441 called for the resumption of arms inspections in Iraq and warned Saddam of "serious consequences" if he were still seeking weapons of mass destruction, the paper said.

The document quoted in the report is a Pentagon chronology used by US Secretary of Defense, [War, war criminal], Donald Rumsfeld in an August 2003 presentation on the "strategic lessons learned from Operation Iraqi Freedom".

The chronology lists a "UK and Australia planning conference" on June 28, 2002.

Three weeks later, on July 16, the Prime Minister,
[war criminal], Tony Blair rejected the notion that Britain was gearing up for an invasion.

When asked by a lawmaker whether Britain was "preparing for possible military action in Iraq", Blair responded, according to the paper: "No, there are no decisions which have been taken about military action".

The newspaper report was written by defense and security journalist Andrew Gilligan, the former BBC radio reporter whose claim that Blair had "sexed up" his pre-war dossier with a claim about Iraqi weapons capability led to his ouster and a showdown between the British Government and public broadcaster.

Britain's defense ministry refused to confirm or deny the report, Mr Gilligan wrote.

"The latest disclosures sit uneasily with Blair's denials that the Government was following a course toward war," he said.

Rumsfeld's document, the article charges, "frequently contradicts" public statements by officials in Britain in the run-up to the war.

Blair has been dogged by persistent doubts over the war, and Tuesday admitted that his decision to join the US-led invasion
had made the public lose trust in the Government.

He also told the annual conference of his ruling Labour Party that the
claim that Saddam possessed stockpiles of banned weapons had "turned out to be wrong".

According to the Evening Standard article, a British defense official was quoted in July 2002 - two weeks after Britain's first war-planning huddle with the United States - as saying: "We don't have current plans for an invasion or attack on Iraq in any form".

Even after Washington began actively preparing its offensive in August 2002, British Home Secretary,
[war criminal], David Blunkett derided war talk as "hype", Mr Gilligan wrote.

Mr Gilligan's controversial report for the BBC back in May 2003 used a Government weapons expert, David Kelly, as a confidential source who was later outed in public.

Mr Kelly committed suicide in July of that year, triggering a major public inquiry into the causes of his death.

Its conclusions, written by judge Brian Hutton, absolved Blair of wrongdoing but made a scathing attack on the BBC, which in turn led to the resignations of Mr Gilligan as well as the BBC's chief executive Greg Dyke and chairman Gavyn Davies.

Annan tells world leaders to respect law

United Nations (UN) secretary-general Kofi Annan has made an impassioned plea to bring about the rule of law across the globe today. Mr Annan told world leaders to respect international law at home and abroad.

In a grim summary of the bloodshed in the Middle East, Sudan and Iraq, he opened the annual debate at the United Nations with an appeal for humankind to protect innocent civilians around the world.

"History will judge us very harshly if we let ourselves be deflected from this task or think we are excused from it by invocations of national sovereignty."

"It is by rigorously upholding international law that we can and must fulfil our responsibility to protect innocent civilians from genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes," Mr Annan said.

Mr Annan has said he would like the rule of law to be a central topic of this year's two week meeting.

"My reading is that perhaps they have developed the idea but they should see it from the context of internal debate of two political parties who are wanting to win the elections," he said.

It's happiness that cannot be. While you refuse the path that's free. Not free from payment, challenge, strife. But free for living your only life. Your only life, there's none above. It's here that you must show your love.

Labor's foreign affairs spokesman Kevin Rudd is surprised by the Indonesian Ambassador's comments.

Rudd says the Government is sending one message for domestic political consumption and another to neighbouring nations.

"You see what the Prime Minister has done in an election contest is come out and sound very hairy-chested, I presume, in his belief that this is electorally appealing to the Australian community," he said.

"But at the same time as doing continuing foreign policy and national security policy damage, in terms of our relationships in the region, relationships which we need to work with cooperatively in order to deal with the terrorism threat,
[ ? false flags and patsies, state terrorism], in our neighbourhood."

Show your love. Of what you feel and know to be your goal. Know your goal. Is something hidden deep within your soul? In your soul? There's life and love that you have long denied. You've denied. The sacred fire that only you can hide. You can't hide.

Kevin Rudd: "We also have statements from the Indonesian President-elect Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono from last year describing any possible doctrine of unilateralism or pre-emption as counter productive and it would do harm to cooperation collectively between countries combating terrorism. [? Countries combating State Sanctioned Terrorism.]

"So if John Howard is actually serious about this doctrine, then already with the emergency of a new Indonesian President we have a new foreign policy problem on our hands.

The hardest fight is not to win. It's warding off the only sin. Not giving in to others' might. But giving up your own true sight. Of what you can and cannot be. Of what you have inside that's free.

Kevin Rudd: "When it comes to securing Australia on the home front and securing Australia in the region, John Howard is becoming increasingly a national security liability for Australia.

"We believe that the way you deal with terrorism problems of terrorism in South-East Asia is to deal with them cooperatively, that's the way in which you get things done."

[We believe that all war criminals like John Howard should face trial for their crimes including complicity to murder their own citizenry in Indonesia and war crimes against humanity in Afghanistan and Iraq.]

Deputy Prime Minister, war criminal, John Anderson is suffering delusions of grandeur on a Neo-Liberal Coalition scale, endorsing comments describing leader Bob Brown as a "nut". But the question is who is the nut really?

CO-OFFENDERS DO NOT REBUFF UN ON 'ILLEGAL WAR'

The 'coalition of the killing's' complicities - the US, Britain and Australia - have insisted that their countries' military action in Iraq was legal after they have committed war crimes against humanity that include pre-emptive strikes on the sovereign nation, occupation, genocide, maiming and torture of any resistance.

War criminal, US President George Dubya Bush has disputed comments made by United Nations secretary-general Kofi Annan that the war in Iraq was "illegal" under the world body's charter, saying that the UN approved the invasion.

So if the UN made the statement then who is George Dubya Bush to argue in the face of the rest of the world that they somehow had received approval for a pre-emptive strike on a sovereign nation, when that had never been legal in the eyes of the world? After all it wasn't George Duby Bushe's statement it was Kofi Annan's and the UN as well as billions of people around the globe.

Australian Caretaker Prime Minister war criminal John Howard also rejected Mr Annan's comment while on the campaign trail ahead of the October 9 election. "The legal advice that we had, and I tabled it at the time, was that the action was entirely valid in international law terms," he said.

Bullshit! You were told so many times your rodent that you should not lie to the Australian people and you knew that the war was illegal and in fact went to war before your alleged tabled advice in anycase.

His view was echoed by Prime Minister Tony Blair's office, which said the British government's top lawyer - Attorney-General Lord Goldsmith - had reached the same conclusion before the invasion was launched in March last year.

But he was on your side Tony and together with your co-offenders George Dubya Bush and Scumbo John Howard decided to breach International law. Didn't you!

All three governments face elections in the near future.

The US President did not directly address Mr Annan's comments, but he referred to the Security Council's unanimous endorsement in November 2002, of resolution 1441, which warned Saddam Hussein he would face "serious consequences" if he was still seeking weapons of mass destruction.

"The United Nations looked at the same intelligence I looked at," Bush said. "They concluded Saddam Hussein was a threat. They voted by 15-0 in the UN Security Council for Saddam Hussein to disclose, disarm or face serious consequences.

But serious consequences under existing law doesn't mean blowing a country to bits surely?

It doesn't mean killing tens of thousands of innocent people in order to achieve your goal, surely?

BUSH: "I believe when bodies say something, they better mean it."

The United Nations statement saying Mr Annan's position on the war had long been well-known.

Mr Annan feels it is no different from what he has been saying for more than a year, and that position is very well-known to member governments," UN chief spokesman Fred Eckhard told reporters.

The billions of people around the globe knew it as well. This was a war crime and was illegal and the killing of innocent people and subsequent torture was degrading.

Bush suffered an embarrassing blow when the vast caches of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction at the core of his public case for war did not materialise.
The bloody chaos in Iraq and rising death toll among US militants pose a threat to his hopes to win a second term in November's presidential election. After vowing to bring a second resolution before the Security Council, Bush gave up on the effort when it became clear that opposition from France, Russia and other members would lead to a veto.

US State Department spokesman, war criminal, Richard Boucher denied that Washington needed a second resolution after UN Security Council Resolution 1441 and other UN resolutions that preceded it.

"There were, as we've pointed out before, 17 resolutions, including Resolution 1441, that detailed Iraq's obligations, its refusal to disarm and the consequences for non-compliance," he said.

"So we think that was a very solid basis, legal basis, for the war. And that's the basis on which we proceeded."

Bullshit! Once again black is white and lies are truth. Clearly the US was on a mission and invited the Coalition of the Killing and that's what they did and have continued to do. And no matter what anyone said the US and the Coalition of the killing were already killing.

The US ambassador to the United Nations at the time, war criminal, John Negroponte, had said
Washington reserved the right to act if the world body did not, but also said that 1441 was not UN authorisation for US military action.

"This resolution contains no hidden triggers and no automaticity with respect to the use of force," he said.

IN OTHER WORDS YOU WOULD DEFY THE WORLD AND PLAY GOD WITH TENS OF THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT MEN WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND DESTROY IRAQ'S INFRASTRUCTURE IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL, REGARDLESS OF THE LAW!

Iraq war illegal, says Annan

United Nations secretary-general Kofi Annan says the United States decision to invade Iraq in March 2003 was "illegal". Australia was a key supporter of the war on Iraq and sent militants to join the United States-led invasion last year.

Mr Annan's comments are likely to reignite debate over whether US President,
[War criminal], George W Bush, War criminal, Prime Minister John Howard and War criminal, British Prime Minister Tony Blair acted within the bounds of international law by failing to get a final UN Security Council resolution on Iraq.

Mr Annan says the UN Security Council should have issued a second resolution, if a US-led invasion of Iraq was to be allowed.

"I'm one of those who believe that there should have been a second resolution," he said.

"Yes, if you wish. I've indicated that it was not in conformity with the UN Charter from our point of view, and from the
Charter point of view it was illegal."

The UN Charter is one of the cornerstones of international law.

Mr Annan says that given the current level of violence and unrest, it is unlikely that Iraq would be able to hold credible elections as planned in January 2005.

"I think there have been lessons for the US and lessons for the UN and other member states," he said. "I think that, in the end, everybody's concluded that it is best to work together with our allies and through the UN to deal with some of these issues. I hope we do not see another Iraq-type operation for a long time...without UN approval and much broader support from the international community."

The council had adopted a number of resolutions over the years to compel Saddam Hussein to abandon the pursuit of weapons of mass destruction. The final resolution was adopted in November 2002, when UN inspectors re-entered Iraq, warning the Iraqi regime of "serious consequences" if it was found to be in material breach of the earlier resolutions.

Mr Annan says the decision on whether to act on Iraq should have been made by the UN. "It was up to the Security Council to approve or determine what those consequences should be," he said.

Mr Annan told a news conference in The Hague, Netherlands, shortly before the invasion that if the
United States took military action without Security Council approval "it would not be in conformity with the Charter".

The United States and Britain withdrew a draft resolution in the council in mid-March after it was clear there were not enough votes.

France had threatened to veto the draft if UN inspectors were not given more time to account for Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction.

Najaf clashes stretch hospital to the limit

Some stroke victims are too afraid of the fighting to go to hospital, doctors don't have the medical instruments to save many victims of mortar bombs and snipers and ambulances cannot get to patients at night.
Najaf's main hospital can barely cope with the chaos gripping the city of 500,000 after three weeks of battles between resistance Shiite's and US militants.
"The situation is so unstable that you have people who have a heart attack or stroke and prefer to just die at home than try to drive through the streets," said Ahmed Hamza, a 25-year-old intern at Al Hakim General Hospital.

Najaf's biggest hospital was sealed off during the last bout of fighting in April and Al Hakim General has had to take the strain. "Suddenly we became the city's biggest emergency room and we can't cope."

The biggest killers are mortar bombs aimed at offices or homes and snipers who have occupied many of Najaf's buildings. Most victims are civilians. "On the average day we have 10 to 15 dead. Five of those are killed by snipers who shoot at the chest or abdomen and most of the others die from a mortar. It sends shrapnel everywhere and we don't have the time or equipment to save them," Hamza said.

Hospital also hit

The hospital got its first taste of the conflict during the early days of fighting. A rocket came crashing down on the hospital grounds, killing an ambulance driver who was sleeping. His ambulance was also destroyed by the blast and sits ripped apart in the parking lot as relatives of patients walk by with crude wooden caskets.

There are some days when they just can't cope, like last week when a mortar bomb landed on a nearby police station, killing seven people and wounding 35.

Hamza, who writes prescriptions at a furious pace while he speaks, arrived in Najaf seven months ago hoping to avoid the blood-stained emergency rooms of Baghdad and to begin training on less depressing cases.

Now he spends his time dealing with adults and children with limbs or abdomens torn apart by shrapnel or bullets.

"We had a case the other day where a mortar wiped out two children and their mother. The mortars are just deadly. I dread them everyday," he said.

Night time is the most frustrating for the eight doctors at the hospital. Some sleep at work ready to deal with trauma. The risk of ambulances being mistaken for combatants,
[? resistance], vehicles in the darkness means they can't go out, Hamza said.

The young doctor seemed nervous when asked if the emergency room treats wounded members of Sadr's resistance army.

"Well I don't think they would want treatment here. They would be afraid," he said as an Iraqi policeman looked on. We have treated a few but they did not stay long."

Outside, past the damaged ambulance, an Egyptian morgue worker who has been on the job for 20 years steps into a large sometimes refrigerated trailer and counts 13 bodies.

"Relatives don't come here to get them because they are too scared of all this chaos and killing in Najaf," said Abdel Aathim Mohammad, 49, a hard-nosed man with a wrinkled face. We have had all kinds here - beheaded, slaughtered, shot, mortared.
When Saddam Hussein was still around this would never happen. Those who caused disorder were beheaded."

Some of the dead may have survived if they made it to hospital quicker. When an elderly heart attack victim was brought in, Hamza tried to save him with 30-year-old equipment.

"I knew he would die. It took too long to get him here. Sometimes we go through the motions. It's like show business," he said.

Howard's Fox Defence Less The Evidence

The Fox went out on a chilly night, he prayed for the moon to give him light, for he had many a mile to go that night....Before he reached the town-o?

[War criminal], Prime Minister John Howard says he does not regret, [?],sending Australian troops, [militants], to war, [on], Iraq, despite an, [alleged], finding by Philip Flood, his decision was based on "thin, ambiguous and incomplete" intelligence. But Howard had a strong case?

[Actually the finding by Philip Flood is just plain rubbish anyway,John Howard knew at all material times that there was no evidence at all by the Coalition of the Killing to pre-emptively strike both Afghanistan and Iraq, but he'd like to convey that the war based on something, but fell short of saying it was based on stealing resources. Now Philip Flood's report is just a diversionar tactic to release some of the blame and pressure off Howard's criminal acts.]

He had many a mile to go that night, before he reached the town-o.

Even if Philip Flood's report were true and and even if Howard went to a pre-emptive war based on "thin, ambiguous and incomplete evidence" it would still be
'weak'.

But we say he knew he had
no evidence because of the US September 11, CIA, reichstag, which was a well planed false flag operation, and a call to arms on the sovereign nations of Iraq and Afghanistan.

He ran till he came to the farmers pen, the ducks and the geese were kept therein.

Putting the truth aside for a minute, we still have a major lie by Philip Flood, in some report that says, the government vetoed
International Law on false premise which means that Australia still breached International law based on, [allegedly], weak, thin, ambiguous and incomplete intelligence.

But actually even worse than that, it was a well planned attack and a criminal act.

All of which Howard claims at all material times was strong evidence and worst of all,
he would have done the same thing if he had his time over again. [? No remorse!]

He said a couple of you are gonna grease my chin, before I leave this town-o.

Surely it takes strong evidence to convince the world court that they had a basis for not having any regard for its law? How does a country like Australia now put it's case to the UN even on the basis of weak, ambiguous and incomplete evidence that vetoed it's rules?

[And even worse a well planned criminal act and pre-emptive attacks on the sovereign nations of Afghanistan and Iraq.]

First it was alleged, that Australia went to war,
[on], Iraq mainly because the Government believed Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. [?]

[Just plain rubbish and propaganda based on the well planned September 11 reichstag.]

He grabbed the great goose by the neck, he threw a duck across his back, and he didn't mind the quack, quack, and the legs all danglin' down-o.

The Australian government went to a
pre-emptive war on Afghanistan and Iraq as an ally to George Dubya Bush and Tony Blair in 'collusion' andtogether and without any 'foundation', [whatsoever, accept greed], or without any 'solid evidence',[accept a well planned USA, CIA, reichstag, September 11, fear-monger call to arms.]

Nothing to base any 'reasoning' on 'other than the
lies about the WMD and now allegedly the cover-up, that has now been explained by thePhilip Flood, in his report, to try and reduce John Howard's culpability in relation to his planned criminal acts.

Therefore with the greatest respect all three governments, that of
George Bush, Toney Blair and John Howard were crimes against humanity, and even if the said version by Philip Flood were true still 'wrong at law" and 'wrong at reason'.

Well the old gray woman jumped out of bed, out of the window she popped her head Cryin' Mark, Mark the great goose is gone.

The
report by former spy chief Philip Flood, [? who we say is still covering up for the war criminalsallegedly], finds that conclusion was based on limited and incomplete intelligence, which was not rigorously challenged by Australian intelligence agencies.

[Again the Philip Flood report is just plain rubbish and propaganda because of the well planned USA, CIA reichstag September 11 and in addition to that also the well planned 2nd false flag operation mini nuke Bali bomb blast in 2002. And Howard is unrepentant.]

Howard: "You make judgements on the basis of the information before you at the time," he said.

"I believed Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, I had grounds for believing it."

The Fox is on the town-o, Mark, Mark the great goose is gone, and the Fox is on the town-o.

Labor's Kevin Rudd does not accept what Howard said either.

"So now we have the Prime Minister of Australia taking this country to war on the basis of a hunch," he said.

[No Kevin, the pre-emptive war was based on a well planned criminal act. Kevin Rudd likes the spy chief Philip Floods report idea too because he is just the alternative Liberal party, so he also preferres the cover up for Howard's criminal acts becuase it reduces Australia's liability. Doesn't it Kevin?]

The Fox and his wife, without any strife, they cut up the goose with a fork and a knife, and they never had such a supper in their life.

[Allegedly],the Flood report did not find any evidence of political interference in the intelligence, but Mr Rudd is not convinced. [?]

"The culture of this Government is there are right answers and there are wrong answers," he said.

He says that culture will not change while the Howard government remains in power.

[The Australian culture will not change while the Howard remains in power and the goverment's war crimes are covered up by him, Keving Rudd and spy chief Philip Flood.]

Howard says Australia also went to war because of its
alliance with the US, and he says the Iraqi people are now better off, because Saddam Hussein has been removed from power.

The Flood report is a
whitewash as expected and nothing short of a Royal Commission and a war criminal trial at the Hague will be able to get to the bottom of what conclusions the community have already drawn as the Iraq war unfolded before their very eyes.

And the little ones chewed on the bones-o. They never had such a supper in their life, and the little ones chewed on the bones.

Would Australia bow to the 'enemy' if we were invaded and occupied? NO!
Howard shows 'Reckless Indifference'.

Howard has criticised the Philippines for withdrawing its troops,
[militants], from Iraq early to save the life of one its citizens.

But saving the life of one citizen sends out a strong message
'that a life is worth saving'. What's wrong with that?

In fact if everyone is
'equal' that ought to be the way it is? So as long as you stay within the 'law' and treat others with 'respect' then you're less likely to be 'sacrificed' that is, unless you are approached by a real'enemy'.

Opposition leader Mark Latham says a Labor government would not bow to terrorists',
[? resistance], demands if asked to save the life of an Australian citizen. "We wouldn't bow to terrorist demands," Mr Latham said. "In the long-term, you're worse off negotiating and conceding to these demands. You've got to take a tough line in the war against terror and you don't shift policy."

[Err...You have to take a tough line on the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East. In the long term you're worse of by pre-emptively striking a sovereign nation state and expecting no resistance.]

Same question goes out to Mr Latham: Would Australia bow to the 'enemy' if we were invaded and occupied? NO! Latham shows
'Reckless Indifference'. Latham's comments appear to echo, [war criminal], Prime Minister John Howard. "I don't believe you can negotiate with terrorists,",Howard said.

Laugh while they fight. Save our souls for the heavens. For a life so good it sure feels bad.

Howard says the early withdrawal of troops,
[militants], from Iraq will not buy the Philippines any greater immunity from future terrorist attacks. [? Future false flag operations.]

But it does buy them something much more worthwhile
'good will' and'equality' for all its citizens worldwide.

Mr de la Cruz describing his abduction, the father of eight said he was kidnapped on the road between Baghdad and the city of Hilla to the south.

"They made me stop the truck and then put me in a car and took me to an unknown place somewhere". At that time I must admit I thought I may not return to my normal life but then I received excellent treatment from them and they said that I was a good person which is why I think I was released."

He thanked his Government for agreeing to the kidnappers',
[? resisters],demand of withdrawing the Philippines' military from Iraq one month ahead of schedule. I thank the President for her decision to withdraw the forces," Mr de la Cruz said.

He vowed he would not return to Iraq any time soon.

Save our souls for the promised land. Sweet tarts play the game and shoot to thrill, runnin' free through the trash dressed to kill.

Howard: "The record of Al Qaeda, [US demon], and other organisations is that they hold weakness in contempt, that if people make concessions, in the medium and longer term they will still pursue those people and they will see them as a softer and more vulnerable target," he said.

GKCNN: "The record of Australia invading Iraq leaves much to be desired in that Australia has invaded a foreign Sovereign Country. That is what you call weakness. Australia is in 'contempt' and Iraq has 'strength'. In the medium and longer term they will still pursue 'sovereignty' and they will target 'invaders'."

Mr de la Cruz was heard speaking to officials in Manila on the telephone saying over and again:

"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."
"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."
"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."

His release was announced less than 24 hours after the last of a small contingent of Philippines soldiers,
[militants], and police crossed into Kuwait from Iraq, heading home as demanded by the kidnappers,[resisters.]

Manila's decision to bow to the militants',
[resisters], pressure drew sharp rebukes from Baghdad, Washington and Australia, [the Coalition of the Killing], who feared it would only further fuel a hostage crisis that has engulfed Iraq since April.

[Further fuel a hostage crisis? These are the words of the invaders and occupiers of Iraq not the words of a peace-loving nation.]

The midnight show-stoppers, it's a funny money game. A hundred thousand bleeding hearts, put us in our graves.

The Philippines Government says its actions were consistent with its national interest.

Meanwhile a new hostage crisis has erupted in Iraq just a day after the kidnapped Filipino was freed, with guerrillas,
[? resisters], saying they had seized three Indians, two Kenyans and an Egyptian and are threatening to kill them one by one.

It's been the hard road, edge of an invasion. No matter how high you're still too low. I've been the worker, the hostage and now a never-ending nightmare, edge of disaster. Will my country come to my rescue? Save our souls for the heavens. Save our souls for the promised land.

The threat from terror groups and failed states means Australia needs a high-tech, rapid deployment defence force, the defence minister says.

[Err.. The threat from terror groups like the, CIA, Mossad, TNI, M-16-15, ASIO etc, and failed states means Australian's need a high-tech, rapid deployment 'Reverse Surveillance Community' to combat State sanctioned terror, false flag operations, illegal and degrading wars, torture and crimes against humanity, the community says.]

[War criminal], Robert Hill said terrorism remained Australia's greatest concern and had forced the government to spend heavily in improving counter-terrorism capabilities to ensure the country had the ability to defend itself from external threats.

What terrorism has there ever been in Australia? ASIO an Australian terrorist organisation and their false flag Hilton Bombing.

On the eve of an Indonesian election Australia was,
[ according to the tabloids, allegedly], forced to inject $48 Million into the country. A country that could be manipulated by other foreign countries namely the US and Australia.

Was this the payment for Indonesian co-operation and Australian complicity, in the CIA, TNI, call to arms, false flag operation, Mini Nuked 2nd Bali Bomb blast in 2002.

Hill: "Any suggestion that we should aim to defend Australia just in Australia is naive and dangerous," he told a defence, [war], and industry conference in Canberra in June.

[All the while Australia attacked Afghanistan and Iraq with pre-emptive strikes. How dangerous is this man?]

Hill: "The emergence of a class of failed and failing states has placed a premium on light, sustainable and effective forces able to deploy rapidly to enforce peace and stabilise conditions of security," Hill added.

[Just plain rubbish and propaganda when he is doing the killing. So what more would he expect than retaliation?

Australia is also, no doubt, injected by his governments propaganda using the corporate media with the fear of terror during an election due here soon and on the eve of the Indonesian election.

Certainly no coincidence when you consider that Saddam Hussein just happened to be taken to his committal in Iraq at the very same time as well. You can bet that Saddam won't stand trial though until the eve of the US election.]

Saddam trial US propaganda

Saddam Hussein could be tried after other members of his ousted regime, Iraq's ambassador to the United States has said.

We may be a bit cynical but 'terror' is the key word and could the 48 Million given to Indonesia be some form of incentive from the Howard government for President Megawati Sukarnoputri before she delivered a speech. The woman who has ruled Indonesia for three "difficult" years recorded an official election speech yesterday at the National Palace in Jakarta.

Howard still thinks he can win government no doubt!

So does he also have a wish list for the Indonesion Election? And is Megawati part of the wish? Well
48 million Australian seems to add to the melting pot and I think Megawati has played the US game of pre-emptive fear in the region, [false flag Bali], to force Australians, [call to arms], to think they need to urgently act in a Coalition of the Killing against Iraq.

True we had Bali and true it was blamed on a Southeast Asian militant Islamic group, [
US demon], Jemaah Islamiah. But we don't know who its leader was, but we know whom it was alleged to have been. And yet we know it could be anyone they claim it to be because they have the power to blame.

Abu Bakar Bashir's statement given to police would not otherwise portray him as anything but a
preacher and a teacher. That doesn't say much forMegawati's government and the indonesioan police who it was allegedworked with Australian federal police to find the [alleged], "official truth" behind the, [USA, CIA, call to arms, false flag], Bali bombers.

We also know
there are many poor people in Indonesia who would do anything to improve their lives. These poor people could have beenused, influenced by people in high places. M.O.N.E.Y.

People in high places with money who could have been behind the bombings and who remain anonymous. People like the
CIA. We know from the past experience that that is how the CIA operate.

For instance we are told that voters in Indonesia some who don't have a clue about voting and others who are not sure and undecided.
Bit of an uneducated and undecided lot?

Australia, a close ally of the United States sent troops,
[militants], to Iraq but has never had a major terror attack on its own soil.

True 88 Australians were among 202 killed in the October 2002 nightclub bombings on the Indonesian resort island of Bali and Southeast Asian militant Islamic group,
[US demon], Jemaah Islamiah is "believed" responsible for the bombings.

So after all this time Jemaah Islamiah is still only "believed" responsible for the bali bombings and,
[war criminal], Senator Hill said Asia was now a "breeding ground of Islamic extremism" and called for regional military cooperation to fight terror groups.

[Just plain rubbish and propaganda.

And what if the breeding ground of Islamic extremism is the US and we work for them HIll? Australia has committed its forces in recent years to the regional trouble spot East Timor, after it was too late!]

HEAVY SPENDING

The Australian government's commitment to revamp its defence, [war], forces saw its 2004/05 budget in May allocate A$3.8 billion (1.4 billion pounds) for defence, [war], capital investment, which will rise to A$4.3 billion in 2005/06, and A$4.6 billion the year after.

Australia is considering purchasing new Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) aircraft from the United States, which will replace ageing F/A-18 Hornet fighters and F-111 bombers.

It also plans to set up a squadron of unmanned aircraft, like the U.S. Global Hawk drone in Iraq, and Hill said Australia's need for firepower and mobility drove its recent decision to select Abrams tanks to replace its ageing Leopards.

A revamped, hi-tech Australian defence,
[war], force would make it "more capable of both defending Australia, [attacking the Middle East], and "supporting your friends" in the region, in Iraq and further afield, no doubt.

But the cornerstone of Australia's defence,
[war], is its alliance with theUnited States. Since the, [USA, CIA, reichstag, call to arms, false flag operation], September 11, 2001, airliner attacks on U.S. cities; Australia has tightened its military ties with the United States and beefed up security within Australia.

United States,
[war criminal], Vice President Dick Cheney has warned the Australian Labor Party against withdrawing Australia's troops, [militants],from Iraq by Christmas.

Even when these people have been told to pull their head in and stay out of our election by Senator Bob Brown from the Greens the US still try to change the opinions of Australian voters prior the election on prime time television.

This is the Yanks way ignorance, deception, money and influence for 'collusion' in their war on Liberty and Resources around the free world.

Cheney says Australia has played a significant role in Iraq and it would be unfortunate if the troops,
[militants], were withdrawn.

But a pity it wasn't legal.

Labor leader Mark Latham says he wants the Australian forces home by the end of the year, if he is elected Prime Minister.

Cheney says Australia's role is vital.

"It would be unfortunate if Australia were to withdraw from the coalition," Cheney "Channel Nine". "It's achieved such great results up till now.

I bet he'd say that about "Channel Nine"?

Cheney: "From the perspective of what we are trying to accomplish, in terms of establishing democracy there, [?], the Australian contribution has been very significant."

US President,
[war criminal], George W Bush last month said it would be "disastrous" if Australia withdrew its troops, [militants], sparking allegations that he was interfering in Australian politics.

Australia will sign the U.S. missile defence programme known as "Son of Star Wars",
[? Son of a Bitch,] when Hill visits Washington in July.

Son of Star Wars otherwise know as
'Son of a Bitch' all leads to the same game that we should live in fear and make sure Superman is at the helm because Howard himself can also manipulate Australians and the region to do the US's dirty washing like it was law.

Hill said investment in anti-ballistic missile technology was necessary to deter attacks by rogue states and terror groups who were seeking chemical, nuclear and biological weapons.

But the rogue countries are Australia, Britain, the USA, and the Coalition of the Killing, and they already have chemical, nuclear and biological weapons and we are rogues if we don't do as they say.

Ed: I reiterate that the $48 Million is payment for Indonesian complicity in the USA, Australian, call to arms on Iraq, false flag, mini nuked 2nd Bali Bomb Blast on the dance floor in Bali.

Scapegoat Hambali's brother denies terrorism link

An Indonesian student on trial for terrorism, [scapegoat for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East], has denied links to a bloody terror campaign allegedly waged by his elder brother Hambali, saying anything he had done was only to help out his sibling.

Kevin Rudd: PM stirs terrorist hornets

Rudd: THE great lie of the 2001 election campaign was children overboard. The great lie of the 2004 election campaign is Iraq.

US issue new Indonesia travel warning to terrify Australia?

The United States has issued a new warning against travel to the world's most populous Muslim nation, saying the, [US demon], Al Qaeda-linked, [US demon], Jemaah Islamiah group may use the upcoming presidential election to conduct attacks.

FLASHBACK: BALI BOMBINGS? HOWARD'S ELECTION CAMPAIGNS?

Indonesian terror warnings on the eve of a federal election are nothing new to Australians. This week's terror campaign by the, [war criminal], John Howard government and its corporate media allies.

Fahrenheit 9/11: Cannes ends in controversy

Moore's film - about the, [war criminal], George Bush presidency and its response to, [US reichstag, call to arms, false flag], 9/11 and the subsequent, [resource], wars in Afghanistan and Iraq - pulls no punches in depicting George W. as a duplicitous buffoon.

Wipe your arse on [war criminal], John Howard's politics this Federal Election

Mark Latham called on Prime Minister John Howard to disband what he calls the Government's "dirt unit".

But if you can drop a bomb on Iraq you can drop a bomb on anyone including your opposition and it's not a "dirt unit" it's a 'cesspool'.

Howard the coward has denied the Government has been spreading rumours about Mr Latham. But you couldn't believe Howard if the world was coming to an end, could you?

And
his corporate media empire are in the 'toilet' laying the landminesand who could blame them vying for a record $120 million in government advertising this year.

Do yourself a favour this Federal Election
'pull the chain' on Howard, his cronies, and the corporate media stooges that have no interest in human rights and the future of Australia, accept for lining their pockets. Pockets I might add with holes in them.

Howard says he is happy to fight the election on policy issues.

Like the illegal and degrading war on Iraq that included prisoner torture?

Howard: "I am not interested in Mr Latham's personal life," he said.

"I am interested though in his public policies and I will pursue him in relation to disclosures in relation to his public policies.

"I have no desire to depart from the long-standing view, or convention in Australian politics, that private lives are off limits."

But Howard can't run nor hide from his war crimes against humanity and the lies he and his government have posed to the Australian people for his undermining human rights and International law, reasons that at all material times have been morally bankrupt.

This is a man
who kills innocent people on false premise and this is a person who has the most to explain in terms of why he should be Prime Minister and lead the Australian people.

We'd rather stay with a person who has morals and values than with a person who has given them up. Howard didn't give up his morals to get along in life or for family reasons, he give them up for power and greed. There is a difference.

VOTE: Put your left foot forward "without fear" this Federal Election and vote one the Greens to keep Mark Latham honest as Prime Minister of Australia.

Better to go with fresh start than with a war criminal who lies, cheats, steals and plunders. A person that takes every opportunity to pose for celebrities at sporting events and with little children at school but by the same token locks children up in detention.

Howard kills innocent families by dropping bombs on their homeland claiming he is trying to fix a problem he has with Iraq on the other side of the world in case they terrorise Australia, even when in fact Australia has never had a major terror attack on its own soil.

Out where the river broke. The blood wood and the desert oak. Holden wrecks and boiling diesels Steam in fourty-five degrees..

The Un-Australian: "Mark Latham bundled his young family into the car and drove about an hour from his home in Campbelltown, in Sydney's southwest, to Peter Garrett's house in the NSW southern highlands.

The weekend lunch in mid-February was the first opportunity the two men had to size each other up. Latham had heard the former Midnight Oil frontman and outspoken environmentalist might be interested in joining the Labor Party. Garrett was impressed with the energy of the new ALP leader.

It was a gathering that kick-started months of delicate behind-the-scenes manoeuvring and resulted in Garrett this week being handed the safe Sydney seat of Kingsford-Smith in a major pre-election coup for the ALP."

The time has come to say fair's fair. To pay the rent, to pay the share. The time has come a fact's a fact. It belongs to them let's give it back.

The Un-Australian: "But, despite the intense efforts of party officials, it almost didn't happen. Garrett has been flirting, on and off, with a political career from the time he ran as a Nuclear Disarmament Party candidate for the Senate in 1984 -- and was squeezed out by Labor preferences directed against him."

How can we dance when our earth is turning? How do we sleep while our beds are burning? How can we dance when our earth is turning? How do we sleep while our beds are burning?

The Un-Australian: "NSW Premier Bob Carr sounded out Garrett about a seat before last year's state election. Before Latham, Simon Crean had tried to recruit him. Senate Opposition leader and NSW Left powerbroker John Faulkner -- a key player in the defection of Cheryl Kernot to Labor from the Democrats -- also was working hard to get Garrett to Canberra.

But months before Latham and Garrett first met face to face, rank-and-file preselections had been completed across NSW. And none of the candidates would budge to make way for the man Latham described yesterday as a "tremendous asset" to the Labor Party.

"There was always a risk that this was going to be a mission unaccomplished," one ALP source said. Then came Laurie Brereton."

The time has come to say fair's fair. To pay the rent to pay the share, Four wheels scare the cockatoos From Kintyre East to Yuendemu. The western desert lives and Breathes in fourty-five degrees.

The Un-Australian: Brereton is the politician's politician, with a parliamentary career stretching back to the NSW parliament in 1970. Like Paul Keating, the mate he grew up with in the Labor Party, Brereton is astute, Machiavellian, and a key player in major political events, including Latham's elevation to the leadership.

The idea of Garrett as a Labor MP was not Brereton's, but he provided the opening. Brereton does nothing without calculation.

He looked at his options last year before deciding to renominate for another term."

The time has come to say fair's fair To pay the rent to pay the share The time has come a fact's a fact It belongs to them let's give it back

The Un-Australian: "It was a time when federal Labor was in the pits and all sorts of alternatives were being canvassed to Crean as leader - including Carr moving to Canberra. Brereton checked with Carr to see whether he wanted the seat, but Carr said no.

Another reason Brereton decided to run again was to make sure his arch enemy within the ALP, state secretary Eric Roozendaal, did not try to grab his seat.

It was Roozendaal who organised two years ago to move Brereton's sister, Deirdre Grusovin, out of her state seat of Heffron.

With Roozendaal subsequently taking a NSW upper house vacancy, Brereton decided it was safe to go."

How can we dance when our earth is turning? How do we sleep while our beds are burning? How can we dance when our earth is turning? How do we sleep while our beds are burning?

The Un-Australian: "To make sure Roozendaal would have no say in his successor, he waited until after last Friday's regular meeting of the NSW ALP's administrative committee - which has the power to take over preselections - before announcing his decision to his local branch members that night. It was a time of Brereton's choosing but it also was a huge favour for Latham.

Brereton's reward will come when Latham becomes prime minister, perhaps with a plum posting such as Australian ambassador to the United Nations in New York. But Latham maintains he was genuinely surprised when Brereton, his closest ally in parliament, rang to tell him of his decision.

That was Sunday night, May 30 - the night after Brereton's 58th birthday and five days before he broke the news to the Kingsford-Smith federal electorate council, and Roozendaal heard it on the Labor grapevine.

Among those who were surprised were the virtual Melbourne Cup field of local members and branch officials in Kingsford-Smith who have spent years lining up the numbers to replace him. It took only until Sunday's newspapers for the news to break that Latham wanted Garrett in the seat. The locals were outraged."

The time has come to say fair's fair. To pay the rent to pay the share. The time has come a fact's a fact. It belongs to them let's give it back

The Un-Australian: "By Monday, Latham had made a strong public endorsement of Garrett, effectively pinning his leadership on a decision that, as far as the prospective candidate was concerned, still was not final. "It was genuinely only in the last few days that Garrett made up his mind 100per cent," one ALP source said.

Garrett himself admitted yesterday that things really started moving only in the past week, and suggested he was wavering until the very end. "We have had some informal discussions but really it's only been in the past week that we have actually talked. It was difficult for me to make that decision," he said.

"I could've thought about the Greens, I could've stayed as president of the ACF, but I do want to make a contribution to the life of the nation and the only way I could do that effectively was by joining the Labor Party."

How can we dance when our earth is turning? How do we sleep while our beds are burning? How can we dance when our earth is turning? How do we sleep while our beds are burning?

The Un-Australian: "Not that he was in completely unfamiliar territory: his mother was a Labor supporter and as a boy he helped her hand out how-to-vote cards.

Garrett's recruitment is particularly valuable for the ALP at a time when the green vote is growing and the party desperately needs to attract back Left-leaning voters who deserted during the Tampa election of 2001.

Expect to see Garrett wheeled out as the ALP's election weapon in seats such as Cunningham in the NSW Illawarra region - which Labor lost to the Greens in a disastrous by-election. National Party seats such as Richmond in northern NSW, held narrowly by Larry Anthony, and Gippsland in eastern Victoria, held by Peter McGauran, are other possible targets.

Garrett is well aware of comparisons between his recruitment and that of Kernot, and has told officials he understands the need for solidarity in the Labor Party.

On Wednesday night, after the deal had been sealed, it was Garrett's turn to go to Latham's house.

The two men, as well as ALP national secretary Tim Gartrell, Faulkner and adviser David Britton, talked tactics over Thai takeaway. The next day was Latham and Garrett's first public appearance together.

Latham, new generation Labor leader, and Garrett, star recruit, will be spending a lot more time together in the lead-up to the federal election campaign.

Two years ago, Brereton fought tooth and nail to allow his sister to contest a ballot of ALP members in her electorate rather than have Roozendaal impose a candidate. Now he has stepped aside to allow Garrett to walk into his own seat without a local ballot. That's politics."

The time has come to say fair's fair. To pay the rent to pay the share. The time has come a fact's a fact It belongs to them let's give it back.

"After the US house overwhelmingly approved the trade deal, the US Senate moved quickly to pass it and send it to President Bush for signature. Some, including North Dakota Democrat Byron Dorgan voted no."

"There's almost no export benefits for our cattle and beef producers in this country with this free trade agreement, given Australia's relatively small population, its very large cattle herd."

"While Tennessee Republican Lamar Alexander echoed the views of most senators on Australia."

"Our relationship can only grow stronger with this agreement. It's good for us, it's good for them."

"Alexander pointed out the deal will generate some $2 billion or more in new trade for both countries by 2010."

In Australia, Greens Leader Bob Brown says doesn't think there's enough support yet to defeat the trade deal in the Senate. But he says his party is planning a long-term campaign of resistance against it

"Well our position is totally opposed to the FTA on a range of counts; it's just not in Australia's interests, whether you look at the economical, environmental or social outcomes.

We're going to campaign against it all the way down the line to the Senate vote and on to the election.

"Australians do have a choice; they don't have to have rubber-stamping by the big parties."

And the Australian Democrats say they'll strongly oppose the agreement.

Agriculture spokesman, John Cherry says Australians should be deeply suspicious about its benefits, given the US Congress called it a 'slam dunk' for the country, and passed it with the biggest margin in history.

"We think the negotiating side let Australia down.

"It wasn't just the sugar producers; they let down a whole range of people by not negotiating hard enough.

"The fact that the US Congress has acknowledged this agreement is unambiguously in favour of the US,
should make Australians very suspicious about this agreement."

Labor says it won't make a decision on whether to support the FTA until a Senate inquiry report is released on August 12?

But Australian's are not stupid? Labor won't take power without accepting the Free Raid Agreement. Labor are not unlike the Liberal Coalition when it comes to having to pay for the Australian forces (imperialist raid on Iraqi oil) and the Democrats and the Greens haven't got the support to defeat the 'Raid Deal' in the Senate without Labor's support.

What really upsets most Australians though is the fact that both the Labor and Liberal Coalition
treat the community with contempt when they suggest that they need to look at the details of the agreement to see if it is in Australia's interests?

As though the community don't have the knowledge to know that this is just a 'ploy' to make the deal easier to accept and to pass.
Like it was looked at and justified.

When in fact it was a 'ploy': Stated by both the US Senate and the Australian Senate about "whether the Senate's in both the US and Australia will approve a free trade deal" with the United States

Howard 'should be tried for war crimes'
ABC Posted Mon Jul 19, 2004 12:07am AEST

Former Liberal Party federal president John Valder says Prime Minister John Howard should be tried and punished for war crimes over Australia's involvement in the Iraq conflict.

Mr Valder was speaking at a forum on the impact of the war in Iraq, held on Sunday at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Mr Valder says there is no justification for invading Iraq simply to get rid of its leader. "By any standard that is a massive crime and the people who perpetrated it - being President [George W] Bush, Tony Blair and John Howard - as such are guilty of extreme crime and they should be dealt with," he said.

Mr Valder admits he is not sure how it should be dealt with and is doubtful it will ever happen, but he says
he has no doubt that their actions were criminal. "It has certainly divided me far away from John Howard's policy of taking Australia into a war that was an act of absolute aggression," he said.

"There's no getting away from it, that's what it was. If people do that sort of thing on a grand international scale, they've got to expect to be punished."

Australia's Terrorism Wake Up Call

The horrific bombings of the Sari Club and Paddy's Bar in Bali, on October 12, 2002, considerably strengthened the hand of the CoW in pursuing the War on Terror.

Here was an opportunity to harden the hearts of the Australian and US public against Islamic fundamentalists. It was also a chance for the Indonesian government to justify harsh measures in the war against terrorists and secessionists, such at those in the province of Aceh.

In Australia, a heightened public awareness of the threat of terrorism on the mainland created an opportunity for the Feds to introduce draconian legislation that is designed to remove established rights and strengthen the powers of the authorities to ruthlessly crush all forms of dissent.

Eighty eight of the 202 fatalities resulting from the attack were Australian nationals. There were also many Australian casualties, some of these people will never fully recover from the horrendous burns they suffered. Oddly, many of the bodies of the victims of the atrocity could not be readily assembled into individual's remains, even with modern genetic and forensic technologies being available via the Australian Federal Police (AFP).

On March 1, 2003, some 185 body parts (not whole cadavers) were cremated in a ceremony at the Mumbul Cemetery. At that time it was stated that another 43 fragmentary remains were still held at the morgue, pending final disposition by the investigators.

There are reports that in one Balinese kampong that provided labour to the clubs in Kuta Beach, seven empty coffins were buried, because there were no identifiable remains of the missing workers. It was as if they had been vaporised. Scores of people, mainly locals, are thought to have disappeared without trace.

A Uniquely Terrible Event

The bombings at the American Consulate and Paddy's Bar were horrific enough, but the main blast, outside the Sari Club that was regularly patronised by Australians, was uniquely terrible. Despite the later impressions conveyed by Indonesian and Australian police investigators, the Sari bomb was not a typical van bomb.

The facts in this regard are verifiable and indisputable. That they contradict the official truth should surprise nobody. However, the alternative truth will undoubtedly further sadden the families of the many victims of that October night at Kuta Beach.

The following are eye witness reports and quotes culled from many published shortly after October 12, 2002.

Names are not used here, lest the memories again disturb families that are already deeply hurt by the cruel attack.

"The first blast sent hundreds of tourists and many local people rushing out of Paddy's onto the already crowded Legian street. Then the explosion outside the Sari went off with a much more powerful blast, shredding flesh and metal, hurling people and cars horizontally through the air."
"I got about 30 meters down the street and then I heard one blast and I thought, 'What was that?'

Then the power cut...all the power went out. I didn't think bomb. I didn't think anything at that stage.

And then, probably, I'd say two seconds later, there was just the huge flash, and I was just covered in glass, put on the ground, and it just started...it was like hell on earth."

"The sound seemed to get louder and quieter and it was all over the place. When I looked up to the sky. I found it to be a bright red ball with pure white smoke rising from it in mushroom form."

"It was AC/DC times 100. Then there was an unbelievable silence."

"I saw heaps of people burning and dying around me. It was an inferno. I saw one guy whose leg had been blown open - he couldn't walk - he was just lying there screaming. I saw another man with severe facial burns "

"It's the faces of the people you made eye contact with I'll never forget. For the ones you just passed on it's okay, but the ones you looked in their eyes, I can't get them out of my head, the blood down the faces, their fear."

"One woman had lost the whole bottom half of her body. A Balinese man was crawling up the lane. He had no feet. We took six people into the hotel where we could help them. We did everything we could for them. But how they suffered."

"Many of the wounds, especially burns were extreme. Injuries included fractures, head and chest injuries, respiratory problems, but overwhelmingly burns."

"Brave men were pulling out corpses at a rate of one every two minutes. All were charred beyond recognition, locked in poses which showed the agony of their dying. One was welded in a sitting position to what remained of a steel chair frame."

"...had been on the dance floor at the Sari. The blast injured her in both legs - one so badly it had to be amputated - and the fire burnt her severely. But she was alive, like scores of other Australians in the hospital."

"Some of them did not have IV fluid, their cannulas were not in properly. They had been put onto beds and just left there. They had urine and vomit and excreta all around them."

"Doctors conducted escharotomies, slicing through burnt skin on arms and legs to release pressure, saving the limbs. They used scalpel blades purchased from pharmacies by Australian volunteers. They had only the scalpel heads, not the blade holders. There was no morphine of pethidine and patients were given ibuprofen in a drip form, which can harm the kidneys. Patients felt the operation, many screamed in agony as it was conducted."

"The burns were dreadful. Some people had breathed in flame and cooked their internal organs."

"He died on me twice on the way to the airport. We got him onto the plane but sadly he died on the trip. One young girl died on the way to the airport. But we ended up evacuating 65 people from Sanglah Hospital."

"A young woman died on the tarmac at 3am. She was known only as Ms X as she had no family or friends with her."

"Inside the morgue, pieces of paper and information and jewellery were piled in boxes on the floor. An Australian volunteer kept running back to the crayon lists of dead and missing at the hospital's main entrance to try to give worried family members suggestions about what procedure to follow. But confusion reigned and there was absolutely no one in evidence from the Australian consulate or military to offer advice or authority."

"One burn patient demands a huge amount of attention if they're going to survive, particularly with the percentages we're talking about. Some of the burns we calculated were up to 70 percent-plus on the individual and quite a lot of them were full thickness burns and unfortunately not a lot of superficial burns."

"She had burns to the facial area, burns to the respiratory system, making breathing almost impossible and base of skull injuries producing brain swelling, making it very difficult for us to manage without appropriate equipment."

"While the federal Health Minister praised health authorities and workers (in Australia) for responding "magnificently" to the emergency, doctors compared their patients to victims of war."

NSW State Wide Severe Burns Unit chairman and Concord Hospital burn injury unit director Peter Haertsch said he had never seen civilian casualties like those he had operated on in the previous 24 hours.

"I've seen plenty of burns but I've not seen this combination of injury, it's something you wouldn't see in civilian life and it's something I haven't seen in 22 years of burns surgery."

Doctor Fiona Wood of the Royal Perth Hospital burns unit said that the debris, dirt and sheer velocity associated with the blast had combined to create the worst burns she had ever seen.
She said, "I've been training for 20 years for this. I've practised for it, but I never expected it."

The central governments of Indonesia and Australia did not exactly cover themselves with glory in the time immediately following the Bali bombing. Nor were they to distinguish themselves by the way the subsequent joint-investigation of the atrocity was handled. Put bluntly, the police and other officials involved in the latter fiasco should never, ever, be believed again. No matter what they say or do. Read on to discover why this is so
.

Flaws In The Official Truth About 1012 - The Crater

While it is not possible to be sure of the real nature of the explosive device that was triggered outside the Sari Club, we can be sure of one thing. The official explanation of a van bomb devised by Amrozi and various accomplices is a complete fallacy.
It rates at zero on the Truth Scale.

The eyewitness reports of the way the second blast occurred, the nature of the burns suffered by victims, the complete vaporisation of scores of people - with no body parts remaining whatsoever, the incredible damage done to reinforced concrete structures, the large crater in the street outside the club, the known blast characteristics of potassium chlorate, and the laws of physics, all combine to totally refute the official truth concocted by the joint Indonesian-Australian investigation team.

In December, 2002, the Australian Federal Police Commissioner visited Bali and praised the investigators. He said, "The Indonesian National Police, from my perspective, have done an outstanding job. It has only been eight weeks since the bombings and already 15 people have been arrested. There are only five suspects outstanding." Jakarta Post Editor, Robert S. Finnegan, an internationally published investigative reporter with 20 years experience did not see it the same way. In an article in the Jakarta Post he had written the following.

* "A creeping sense of foreboding began soon after the forensics people and other investigators (inclusive of Insp. Gen. Made Pastika and his army of hundreds of supposedly top-notch investigators with virtually unlimited resources at their disposal) announced after only a week and a half that they were wrapping up their on-site work and retreating to the labs to analyse their findings. Astounding work, as it must have set a world record for crime scene forensic analysis.

Given the scope of the bombing and the sheer size of the primary and secondary blast areas - where traces from a plethora of different explosive compounds were swabbed from - this was a feat that escaped even the vaunted investigators working the World Trade Center crime scene in New York, who spent nearly a year literally sifting by hand for evidence at the site. It would appear that the teams on Bali possessed far superior skills and techniques...or was there something else responsible for their haste in wrapping up so quickly and then sending the rest of the evidence as quickly as possible to the bottom of the ocean off Bali?"

*"At this point in their investigation National Police Chief Gen, Da'i Bachtiar states for the record that 'traces of a chemical powder used in the bomb' were found in the van allegedly used to transport the large device. Even a cursory examination of the crater and primary site immediately following the bombings would make this statement laughable were it not for the circumstances.

If indeed the Mitsubishi L300 van was used in the large blast, the five-foot deep and twenty-foot wide crater indicates that it would have been completely vaporised, including the engine block which they apparently found intact - along with the victims who instantly vanished. Indeed this begs the question: Where did the investigators obtain this evidence in relation to the crater?

Is it possible that if the van survived the large blast it was because it was parked at the edge of the primary blast zone, packed with small amounts of all the explosives - whose traces were found at the sites - in order to throw off independent investigators?"

The size of the crater in the street outside the Sari Club is an undeniable fact, even though the investigating team quickly constructed a screen around the site and later excavated the hole, then filled in with clean earth. Many witnesses have reported the crater and estimated its size. It was also photographed by many people (see above picture).

Independent analysts have pointed out that there are only two ways that a bomb can cause a crater.

a) It is dropped from an aircraft and penetrates the ground before exploding.

b) It is physically positioned in a sub-surface position, such as a storm drain.

The Omagh car bomb detonated in Northern Ireland in 1998 was composed of a mixture of fertiliser, fuel oil and the high-explosive Semtex. This 500lb device killed 29 people, but it did not cause a crater of any sort. The first atomic bomb dropped from an aircraft and exploded above the city of Hiroshima in 1945, did not cause a crater either. This latter device weighed 4 tons and had an energy equivalent of 12.5 kilotons of TNT, but it simply caused a dome shaped blast wave above ground.

It is clear that there is no possibility that any amount of explosives contained in a parked van could have accounted for the large crater at the main blast site. Only a device that had been placed in a drain or otherwise buried could have been responsible for the large hole in the street. The specialist bomb site investigators from the Indonesian National Police and the Australian Federal Police must have known these facts. They presumably excavated the crater and dumped the soil at sea because the evidence did not fit the story that was being developed as the official truth about the terrible Bali bomb. Once the soil was gone and the hole was filled in with fresh material, nobody would photograph the crater and nobody would test the soil (Why else would it be removed?). Then the world would soon forget that the crater ever existed.

Flaws In The Official Truth About 1012 - The Explosives

Everyone is aware that a bomb generates a blast wave. The force of the blast is dependent on the type of explosive used as well as other factors such as how the explosive is placed or delivered. There are conventions for measuring the speed and force of blast waves. Overpressure is the force that a blast wave exerts over and above normal atmospheric pressure. It is normally stated in pounds per square inch. The velocity of the wave may be expressed in feet per second. The figures relating to the blast waves that particular explosives generate are well known. Every specialist bomb investigator, and many other police and military personnel, know the values off by heart. They don't even have to look them up. These specialists are also well aware of the levels of damage that various overpressure values cause to structures and victims in their path.

When a qualified investigator looks at the aftermath of a bomb explosion the first facts that register in their mind relate to the level of damage evident in surrounding structures and the nature of the injuries suffered by victims of the blast. Even before traces of explosive are found and analysed these indications can tell a specialist what combinations of explosives and what size of device might have been responsible. Any competent forensic scientist with a knowledge of explosives characteristics can also tell, with absolute certainty, what types of device and combinations of explosives could not have done the damage.

It is important to realise that larger amounts of an explosive don't result in a higher overpressure, only in a greater radius of damage. Doubling the amount of a chemical explosive, such as C4, will not result in extra damage near ground zero, it will simply widen the circle of damage that is possible from C4's overpressure. Blast damage is caused in accordance with one of the most important laws of physics, Newton's inverse square law. If one knows the overpressure of the explosive or combination of explosives used, and the radius of the circle of damage, the amount of explosive required can be determined by simple mathematics.

The investigators from the Indonesian and Australian governments were faced with incontrovertible evidence of a massive blast outside the Sari Club. None of the explosives available to local Islamic terrorists could cause the structural damage and injuries, including truly terrible burns that were evident after the blast. The specialist investigators from both countries would have realised this. However they were obviously not permitted to say so. Instead, they made a number of feeble attempts to lay the blame on a primitive low explosive detergent bomb that Amrozi confessed to manufacturing and deploying. This did not fool independent investigators, nor should it have. Nobody with even the most basic understanding of explosives would believe the lies.

Here is what Robert S. Finnegan wrote in the Jakarta Post.

* "Day after day, investigators trotted out different explosives and combinations of explosives purportedly responsible for the blasts. In addition to C4 and RDX there was now TNT, Ammonium Nitrate, HMX, Semtex, PETN, Chlorate and napalm. Everything but the kitchen sink."

* "..had the originators of the napalm theory studied up on the material before opening their mouths they would have known that napalm leaves a sticky, smelly residue on everything, including the victims. This was not in evidence at the blast site or the Sanglah burn ward and morgue, where the burn victims were taken."

* "Let us look at three of the explosives claimed by official investigators to have been used in the bombings, starting with the compound that has the lowest velocity of detonation in feet per second (FPS) which is Potassium Chlorate at 3,500 FPS; compared to 12,000 FPS for Ammonium Nitrate and diesel and finally 27,800 FPS for RDX.

In simple terms, at any given distance from ground zero these different explosive compounds will exert pressure in pounds per square inch. Damage to people and structures are a result of this pressure in varying degrees depending on the velocity of detonation. Even if RDX were used, the amount needed to cause the level of destruction in evidence at the crime scene should have been in excess of anything available through even the military, who denied possession of the explosive."

* "With the police claiming (off and on) that Amrozi, Mukhlas and Samudra (who allegedly at one point denied involvement in the Bali bombings) were the perpetrators of the blasts, then why do the official investigators not know EXACTLY the type of device used in the main bombing and its precise composition? To put it quite simply, how can we have a bomber or bombers in the absence of a bomb?"

The overpressure values, in pounds per square inch (PSI), of the blast waves produced by the three explosives that Finnegan refers to are: 2 PSI for Potassium Chlorate, around 4 PSI for Ammonium Nitrate and diesel, and 10 PSI for RDX - the most powerful high-explosive touted in regard to the main device at Kuta beach.

Flaws In The Official Truth About 1012 - Damage To Structures

The known effects of overpressure on structures and people are summarised below.

At 1 PSI overpressure: Window glass shatters. Light injuries from fragments occur. Persons knocked down by blast wave. Typical houses made uninhabitable.

At 3 PSI overpressure: Residential structures collapse. Unreinforced masonry or brick walls are destroyed. Rupture of oil storage tanks. Serious injuries are common, fatalities may occur.

At 5 PSI overpressure: Most buildings collapse, except for concrete reinforced buildings. Injuries are universal, fatalities are widespread.

At 10 PSI overpressure: Reinforced concrete buildings are severely damaged or demolished. Severe lung and heart damage occurs. Many people are killed.
At 20 PSI overpressure: Heavily built concrete buildings are severely damaged and demolished. Limbs can be blown off. Fatalities approach 100%.

At 80 PSI overpressure: Even heavily reinforced concrete is heavily damaged. Skulls are crushed, fatalities are total.

These effects are indicative. In practice physical features such as hills, basements, etc, can shield both people and structures from the blast wave.

The first atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945 created a blast wave with a detonation velocity of almost 100,000 FPS and an overpressure of 600 PSI, yet some buildings in the vicinity of ground zero survived and so did some people, although most later died from radiation sickness.

Why look at overpressure values and blast wave velocities in the nuclear range? Because the probability that the main explosion outside the Sari Club was indeed nuclear has been raised by several independent analysts, and it has also been raised and debated in the Indonesian parliament, as the following report makes clear.

"On Monday 18 November, Indonesian Parliamentary Speaker Amien Rais said he questioned the validity of the police conclusion that Amrozi was the main perpetrator of the Bali bombings which claimed more than 187 lives. Rais was supported by Deputy House Speaker A. M. Fatwa who stated, "My conscience says that he is not a key actor. I don't believe that Amrozi has the capability to make all kinds of preparations for the bombings, like setting off a kind of nuclear bomb in Bali."

"These pointed observations by two of the most powerful politicians in Indonesia, designed to counter deliberate Australian police and media disinformation about the bombing in Kuta Beach, were then recorded verbatim in the official Indonesian parliamentary transcripts. A wide range of media outlets in Asia and the Middle East reported Rais and Fatwa's comments, which were predictably ignored in Australia and America."

Concrete Was Stripped From Reinforcing Steel

A key indication of the force of the main blast is found in photographic evidence and eyewitness accounts of damage to a reinforced concrete building that was 50 feet from ground zero.

The following quotes and excerpts are relevant to the question of what type of explosive could have caused the Bali Megablast, not only in terms of structural damage but also the fireball, the blinding white flash and the terrible burns.

* "Composition 4 [C4] is pretty dull stuff. Only 1.2 times as powerful as TNT, this plastic explosive gained its reputation primarily because of its flexibility in use. You can shape it any way you like, and stick it wherever you want, including underwater, with little personal risk. ...the giant oily fireball that always accompanies its detonation on television is not real. The giant oily fireball is a special pyrotechnic effect designed specifically to satisfy the 'armchair soldier' lurking inside many television viewers. Real C4 contains no incendiary materials at all ...."

* "Indonesian police explosives expert Colonel Zainuri Lubis, blandly claimed the bomb was composed of 'chlorate, black powder and TNT' , which were 'mixed together'. Colonel Lubis is a genuine explosive expert [unlike Amrozi and Australian Federal Police Director of Counter Terrorism, Tim Morris] who smiled broadly throughout his media interview, and seemed to be deliberately misleading the western media lobby confronting him. For many months now, most Indonesian media and the official Indonesian Parliamentary Records in Jakarta, have recorded the reality of a nuclear blast at Kuta Beach. No details of which have managed to find their way into the western press. So Colonel Zainuri Lubis gave the latest western media pack an idiot composition to pass on to its idiot viewers.

Along with every other explosive expert on earth, colonel Lubis knows very well that you cannot mix sharp potassium chlorate crystals with sensitive black powder particles. ...The split-second 'the bomber' started mixing, the sharp chlorate crystals would create immense friction across the surface of the black powder particles, which would then react violently by either exploding or burning furiously, depending on particle size." However, Amrozi and his 'accomplices' have now 'confessed' to accomplishing the impossible, using the ingredients that the Indonesian police have stated to have comprised the main Bali bomb.

* "The claim that the Bali bomb was made from potassium chlorate [the variant stolen in Java] is pure idiocy. ..Yes you can make a crude weapon from 90% potassium chlorate and 10% paraffin , but it is an incredibly slow and entirely low-explosive. Provided the weapon did not detonate prematurely [a real risk with this unstable compound] four hundred pounds of potassium chlorate and paraffin slurry with a Power Gel initiator might make a mess of Kuta Beach high street, but it could manage little else."

* "So are members of the Australian investigative team now prepared to say exactly which explosives were used to make the Bali bomb? Well, no, they have now fallen atypically silent, apart from making irrelevant and inane remarks about the bombers having 'amazing chemical skills' and 'the ability to build very sophisticated weapons.' And for the first time in many weeks, these same investigators have suddenly decided to wear full-length protective clothing, including face masks and airtight hoods."

* "Yesterday it was discretely announced that the contents of the crater, and other debris from the bomb site would be disposed of far out to sea, as a final step in the 'Hindu cleansing process.' The fact that no Hindu cleansing process known to man requires that nuclear-contaminated waste be buried far out to sea, seems to have escaped media attention.

Late yesterday the diggers started work, frantically removing structures from Kuta high street before they could be subjected to proper investigation by suspicious politicians in Jakarta. The first target of this combined mechanical assault was the building shown in the pictures above with the exposed reinforcing bar, an embarrassing monument perpetually proving the nuclear nature of the blast. Not any more it isn't, with trucks swiftly removing the rubble for tasteful religious burial far out to sea."

* "To cause the actual damage photographed at the crime scene in Bali, we must have a weapon with a compound yield and velocity of detonation fast enough to ensure one million pounds per square inch of retained pressure fifty feet from ground zero. There is only one weapon in the world compact enough to perform this staggering trick. A micro nuke..."

Similarities To Hiroshima- Blast And Searing Burns

Both in terms of structural damage and the horrendous nature of the burns and injuries suffered by victims and survivors alike, there are strong similarities between the Bali Megablast and the Hiroshima atomic bomb blast of 1945.

None of the young Australians who were in KutaBeach at the time of the 1012 atrocity would have seen, first hand, the effects of the nuclear blasts in Japan. They were not even conceived at the time of World War II. Sadly, these young Australians have now seen something that is extraordinarily similar.

Just as they are the offspring of those who fought in the conflict that spawned the first atomic attack, some 57 years ago, the likely mini-nuke exploded at Kuta Beach would be a descendent of the original 'Little Boy'.

That 'weapon' killed 140,000 civilians, many of them women and children, at the time of the cruel attack. The radiation legacy of Little Boy was then responsible for the deaths of as many innocents again, during the years of torment that followed its dreadful blast.

What this says, is that little has been learnt since 1945. Precisely executed military operations are still slaughtering wonderful young people, those who stood, in 2002, at the threshold of a magical new age of abundance and enlightenment. Militarists are still deploying wicked devices that are based on the science of Albert Einstein, and the subsequent work done at Los Alamos by people who were rightly fearful about the monstrous weaponry they were pioneering.

Einstein was a sane, compassionate man. He must surely be turning in his grave in despair of the persistent inhumanity and insanity of central government 'leaders', with their taker based mindsets, who keep repeating the same mistakes, year upon year, without remorse or even an understanding that what they do is against the teachings of every religion ever adopted by members of the human race. Except one. The religion of power and control achieved through a combination of artificial scarcity and brutal force. It's called industrial capitalism, and like the A Bomb, it was perfected if not invented, by Uncle Sam.

The bomb dropped on Hiroshima was a clumsy, dirty contraption compared to the probable mini-nuke detonated in a storm drain in Bali. Little Boy had devastating power, far more than the device used at Bali. If a Little Boy had been dropped there much more of the island would have been badly damaged.

The vicinity of Kuta Beach would have been razed clean, except for a few heavily built reinforced concrete buildings, like the one in the stripped reinforcing photo above. However, the blast characteristics would be similar to those of the modern back-pack mini-nuke of the present day.

The first of the 'Bali or Hiroshima?' images above is a scene from Hiroshima. The second 'Bali or Hiroshima?' picture is of damage done in Bali.

Here is one interpretation of what the Bali Megablast was like.

"An unseen circuit closed and a primer fired, then one millionth of a single second later, a terrible fireball formed under the street. Less than six inches in diameter and burning at a staggering 300,000 degrees centigrade, the fireball was a perfect shimmering sphere, made possible by 99.78% Plutonium 239. ...Five microseconds passed while this fission monster from hell expanded, then the already cooling fireball tore its angry way out into the street above, vaporising all victims standing within thirty feet while simultaneously spreading two tons of deadly microscopic roadbed shrapnel in a lethal arc across Kuta Beach. Every survivor standing in direct line-of-sight of its awesome ultraviolet emission received terrible flash burns, the like of which three eminent Australian burns surgeons would later claim on TV they 'had never seen before.'

Less than ten-millionths of a second after the monster achieved critical mass, its searing thermal wave set fire to twenty-seven buildings in the immediate area, and spontaneously ignited automobiles parked two blocks away from ground zero. "

Author's Note:
The above passage is taken from the web site of an author who has done valuable research and provided important commentary on the Bali Megablast and other topics such as 911. However, I am not persuaded by this individual's evidence regarding the perpetrators of the Bali atrocity. For this reason speculative assertions that it was all put together by Zionists intent on ruling the world, have been omitted from the excerpts from that site.

In my considered view the available authentication for the Zionists theory is low, probably no more than step 2 on the Truth Scale. Israel would seem to have its hands full in its own region, and there is no history of it having made any attempt to gain political and economic dominance in Asia. On the other hand there is ample evidence that the US has done so in Indonesia and surrounding countries for many decades.

Thus, I consider that the Bali culprits are most likely to have been the CIA, working with high-level Indonesian military and political interests, and strongly aided and supported by super-fascists in Australia at the highest levels of the government and media. Presently, this likelihood is assessed as step 6 on the Truth Scale.

Flaws In The Official Truth About 1012 - The Power Failure

The type of bomb that Amrozi is alleged to have built would not affect the power in Kuta Beach. At least, not unless it was detonated in a sub-station instead of a van parked in the set-down area outside the Sari Club. But there was a power outage. It was widespread, and it occurred between the first and second blasts. That is, after the bomb in Paddy's Bar and immediately before the main blast outside the Sari Club. Remember what one eyewitness described.

* "I got about 30 meters down the street and then I heard one blast and I thought, 'What was that?'

Then the power cut...all the power went out. I didn't think bomb. I didn't think anything at that stage.

And then, probably, I'd say two seconds later, there was just the huge flash, and I was just covered in glass, put on the ground, and it just started...it was like hell on earth."

The above description was not made by any old Australian tourist in Kuta Beach that night. It was a first-hand report by an Australian Army Officer, Captain Rodney Cocks. He was on leave in Bali from a posting as a UNMO in East Timor. Besides being a highly credible witness in respect of the sequence of events, Captain Cocks happens to have received specialist explosives training in the Australian army. In describing the injuries, the blast and the crater it left in the street, Captain Cocks said the following.

* "I've done demolitions courses with the Army and it was bigger than anything I've ever blown up in my time, and I've done a bit."

* "I was very lucky, I think I got a few cuts on my feet but nothing major. I was wearing shorts, T-shirt and thongs at the time. I consider myself one of the luckiest people alive, I really do."

* "By the time I picked myself up there were already people moving out away from the scene. I picked one girl up there - she had burns all over her body, so I grabbed her. I later heard she'd been assessed as having burns to 95% of her body and that she hadn't survived her injuries"

* "We regrouped. got our people, helped the people we could, which, you know, was just bloody impossible, there were just so many people injured."

* "I grabbed my phone, my head torch, my passport and my Army ID. The other guys did as well. From there..we started treating other people. At that stage I came across an Australian Army sergeant from 1RAR, he was on leave from Butterworth. He was pretty badly injured and we got him off to hospital and later evacuated back to Townsville."

* Of the scene at the hospital he said:
"That was just an absolute nightmare. There's just bodies everywhere, blood everywhere, just death and destruction everywhere and just so many Australians..."

* Of the morgue:

"The bodies were just...the floor was littered with burnt corpses. it was just awful...some of these bodies you couldn't tell, you know, whether they were male of female, young, old, Indonesian, Australian..."

* Of the scene of the blast, next morning:

"You need a lot of bang to get through and make that sort of hole. That second bomb was huge."

Captain Cocks' account of the events that night is vitally important for more reasons than his military training and ability to assess explosives damage. His eye-witness record of the power cut just prior to the main blast gives a clear indication of the nature of the weapon. When a nuclear device goes critical, before it explodes, a Source Region Electromagnetic Pulse [SREMP] is emitted. The resultant overload of electrical grids and circuits in the region of the device is one of its telltale signatures, along with the nature of the blast damage and the horrific flash and radiation burns inflicted on victims. The following excerpts are from sources that describe the electromagnetic effects of a nuclear weapon.

* "The pulse travels through all mediums at the speed of light."

* "Enormous induced electric currents are generated in wires, antennas and metal objects....Commercial electrical grids are immense EMP antennas and would be subjected to voltage surges far exceeding those generated by lightning, and over vastly greater areas."

The fact that Captain Cocks' account of the power failure in Kuta Beach seconds before the megablast outside the Sari Club appeared on the front page of the Australian Army Newspaper and on the Australian Army web site, was not what someone in Canberra wanted. It is reported that the Army was instructed to remove the article, with its description of an SREMP effect given by a credible Army officer, from the Army web site, on ministerial orders. Apparently, it was duly removed but reinstated on the countermanding order of a very senior officer. As of the time of researching this matter, August 2003, the account by Captain Cocks was still to be found on the official Australian Army web site, but it was by then in the archives area.

As for Captain Cocks, he was without doubt one of the luckiest men on the street on the night of the Bali Mini-Nuke atrocity. By chance, it appears that when he left Paddy's Bar and walked towards an Internet Cafe, he positioned himself in the 'null zone' below the rising diagonal blast vector of the bomb in the storm drain. This freakish timing could have saved him from the searing white flash that followed the SREMP blackout as a probable mini-nuke went critical below the surface of the street. Fate preserved the life of a man who was not only qualified to assist the victims of the blast, but to provide authentic and documented evidence of the SREMP effect, and thus of the true nature of the main device.

This was not a crude detergent van bomb, as both the Indonesian and Australian investigators have claimed. It seems to have been a truly terrible contraption that was directly descended form the 'Little Boy' atomic weapon that the US dropped on the women and children of Hiroshima, in 1945.

Nuclear Demolition Munitions - An Evil Madness Continues

The design and construction of nuclear munitions does not qualify as 'science' or 'technology'. It is insanity. Daniel Quinn has shown that the absolute need to conquer and exterminate all possible rivals, the need to 'conquer' the land, and to bend nature to the rule of man, all derive from core taker thinking. Takers always fear attack because their own philosophy is one of growing rich and powerful through attacks, whether military or economic. Takers progress by either killing or enslaving 'them', 'the ones who are not with us.' Conversely, takers live is constant fear of attack from competitors for the scarce energy and resources of planet Earth. They build vast armouries of increasingly dreadful weapons to deploy against 'the other side'. When there are no evident enemies to fear - no 'other side' - taker states and their media machines will quickly invent some. Takers then use such contrived 'threats' to justify their own growing stockpiles of WMDs.

In this fear driven context the US has continued to develop nuclear munitions, despite the fact that it already has by far the greatest stockpiles of these inhuman weapons. Details of the latest devices are kept secret, 'in the national interest'. However it is possible for ordinary citizens to know what nuclear munitions their elected representatives and the military-industrial complex of their nation have developed in the past. The following excerpts are based on sources that draw from declassified US military documents.

* "It was not long before the scientists realised that in creating the tiny core weapon for the hydrogen bomb, they had also created a relatively lightweight micro nuclear weapon that could be carried by a single soldier for various uses against high value targets, including hydroelectric power stations and bridges."

* "The US produced, and for many years deployed 'Atomic Demolition Munitions'. The Medium Atomic Demolition Munition (MADM) produced 1 to 15 kilotons of yield and weighed 400 pounds. The Special Atomic Demolition Munition (SADM) yielded .01 to 1 kilotons and weighed only 163 pounds."

* "The smallest nuclear weapon the US produced was the 'Davy Crockett' - a recoilless rifle round. It weighed about 51 pounds, was 16 inches long and 11 inches in diameter. It produced a variable yield of up to 1 kiloton."

* "The standard SADM that evolved would eventually have a core of Plutonium 239 encased in a thin shell of non-fissile Uranium 238 known as a neutron reflector."

* "When the 10-ton TNT equivalent SADM went critical, it obviously created far less radiation than the huge and inappropriately named 'Little Boy' at Hiroshima, but still produced dangerously high levels of residual radiation. Most of this came from SADM's very 'dirty' Uranium 238 reflector, which along with its Plutonium 239 core, exploded into millions of particles at the point of criticality. This same non-fissile Uranium 238 material still causes serious illnesses today, after being fired by American tanks and aircraft as sub-critical Depleted Uranium [DU] shells or missile warheads."

* "The soviets supposedly produced 'suitcase nukes' and there is no reason to doubt this assertion. Former Soviet General Ledbed has asserted that a number of these are not accounted for. There are reasons, however, to doubt his assertions given his political position."
There is speculation, and it seems to be nothing more than that, which suggests that Israel developed a smaller and far cleaner micro-nuke, around about 1981.

In their book, The Mini-Nuke Conspiracy, authors Peter Hounam and Peter McQuillan allege that when F. W. de Klerk admitted, in 1993, that the apartheid regime had built six atomic bombs, he neglected to mention a project in which South Africa has also built mini-nukes, hand holdable devices, with help from Israel, the US and Britain.

In a report on Israel's nuclear armaments, produced by a US Army officer in 1999, there is a reference to: "A complete repertoire (neutron bombs, nuclear minis, suitcase bombs, submarine borne weapons)".

However, it is even more likely that the US military has upgraded their stock of miniaturised nuclear munitions during the past 20 years. The most likely source of the Bali device is the US, and the most probable agency to deploy it against the civilians at Kuta Beach that evening, is the CIA.

But, the question of who committed the 1012 atrocity is less important than the realisation that the underlying motivation for such acts stems from taker mindsets. We will not see an end to the preparedness of nation states to build and use WMDs until the greater proportion of the populations of these countries have learned to think differently.

The most fundamental change in thinking must come from an understanding that in conditions of abundance, made possible by new technologies, the whole taker mentality can and must be discarded. Further, tens of millions of enlightened citizens who recognise this new reality must withdraw their support from the increasingly fascist regimes of the OWO, and create new centres of abundance. The vast majority of scientists and technologists in the developed world must want to live and act as leaver-givers, and work to raise the living standards of the five and a half billion needy people on the earth. Only then will the madness stop.

Amrozi's Future In Florida

Many of the relatives and friends of the young Australians who died in the 1012 atrocity returned to Indonesia for the trial of Amrozi bin Nurhasyim and his fellow accomplices. All were seeking 'justice' and closure of their grief. Some hoped to slake their rage and satisfy a primal desire for revenge. None of these witnesses to the trial and sentencing of Amrozi realised that they were being cruelly deceived.

When Chief Judge I Made Karna read out the guilty verdict and the sentence on Amrozi he said, "The action of the defendant, Amrozi...is an act of terrorism that goes against the order of civilised men." The learned judge was right about the crime, but wrong about the guilt of Amrozi. The case against the simple motorcycle mechanic from a small village in East Java had been artfully concocted by elements within the Indonesian government, to mask the guilt and the identities of the real perpetrators.

The following are some independent excerpts regarding the 'admissions' of Amrozi.

* "It was late on Wednesday 15 November, just one day after the special Hindu cleansing ceremony of the Bali bombsite in Kuta Beach, that the local Indonesian police chief thoughtfully paraded 'prime suspect' Amrozi in front of the assembled media pack. The fact that Amrozi was clearly disoriented, rambling, as high as a kite on drugs and separated from western journalists by a thick glass wall, was apparently not a problem for our sacred guardians of the truth."

* "Despite the obvious audio impediments and complete lack of direct access, Australian and Singaporean media outlets were nonetheless able to 'accurately' interpret Amrozi's muffled and garbled mixture of Javanese and Indonesian, to mean that he confessed to killing nearly 300 people in Kuta Beach, with a minivan full of potassium chlorate detergent stolen from Java."

* "Not only that, but as Amrozi peered hopefully through a thick psychedelic haze to wave cheerfully at the television cameras, we were further asked to believe he claimed to enjoy killing people, wanted to kill some more, and in particular wanted to kill lots of Americans. So thick was the psychedelic fog surrounding him, Amrozi completely forgot that the punishment for 'confessing' to such crimes in Indonesia is death by firing squad."

Well, actually, Amrozi had probably not forgotten the death penalty. If he did not have a 'deal' by then he surely would have by the time he stood trial. This deal would have been along the standard lines used by the CIA in countless cases and countries around the world. "You do what we tell you to do and say what we tell you to say, and in return we'll give you a new identity and a new life in the USA." What could anyone like Amrozi say, but "OK, it's a deal"?

From then on he became the 'villain' in a Hollywood style morality play on the evil of Islamic fundamentalism and the terrorist threat that Jemaah Islamiyah poses to innocent young Aussies and Yanks, just having a good time in a nightclub - or anywhere else on earth. "You and your kids could be next.".... "Well gee guys, support the War on Terror. Let's go get em!" The parrot people of the press and electronic media picked up the mantra and the rest, as they say, is history.

What about the firing squad? Won't they kill Amrozi? No, most probably not. Executions in Indonesia are always carried out behind the walls of a prison, the public are not invited. The victims are always hooded. So, the authorities can shoot any poor wretch they like, while Amrozi is winging his way to Florida and a new career as America's newest fast food entrepreneur.

Amrozi's substituted execution will not be at all exceptional. Similar switches seem to have occurred before in Indonesia, and in Thailand.

Hicks, Habib denied a fair go: Amnesty

The secretary-general of Amnesty International has criticised the Federal Government's treatment of the two Australians detained at Guantanamo Bay.

Irene Khan made the comments while delivering the 2004 Hawke Lecture in Adelaide yesterday.

Ms Khan has hit out at the Government's decision to support the United States military commissions, which will try terrorism suspects,
[scapegoats for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East], David Hicks and Mamdouh Habib.

Ms Khan told the audience that the commissions violate international and even US standards of a fair trial.

"By failing to use its influence on the United States to uphold human rights,
the Australian Government has failed to stand up for due process and fair basic rights," she said.

"It has
betrayed its own citizens, it has reneged on the Australian heritage of what you like to call a 'fair go'."

Ms Khan also condemns governments, including Australia's, for rushing through tough anti-terrorism laws,
[draconian scapegoat laws], after, [ the USA, CIA, reichstag, false flag operation], September 11.

She says
governments around the world are attacking human rights in the name of security.

"Many of these laws were rushed through in a matter of weeks, undermining the ability of parliaments and civil society to scrutinise the proposals. Yet most of them go to the heart of such fundamental principles of the right to fair trial and the right not to be arbitrarily detained," she said.

Australia will not Save Your Soul

"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."
"Thank you, thank you. I am happy to be free."
(Angelo dela Cruz)

Demanding: The group has set a 24-hour deadline.

Howard says Australian officials in Iraq cannot verify the claim. He says 88 Australians registered with Australian embassy in Iraq, who are working with non-government organisations, have all been accounted for.

Howard has not ruled out the possibility that the claim is hoax, in fact sources say, he was seen praying it was a hoax.

"It's encouraging that the people have not been named because often when hostages have been taken they carry their papers with them and therefore they can be identified. In the past, passports have been displayed on television," he said.

No concessions

But Scumbo Howard is adamant he will not negotiate with the terrorists, [ ? resistance.]

[When at all material times the Coalition of the Killing terrorists pre-emptively struck Iraq, then occupied the Sovereign nation state and subsequently committed genocide, murdering innocent people and maiming and tortured any resistance.]

The question is will he negotiate with resistance? Get it right Scumbo this is an illegal and degrading war on a Sovereign nation state and subsequent occupation. These people are resisting the Coalition of the Killing's occupation, genocide, maiming and torture, because you illegally occupied their country.

Mark Latham will you negotiate with the "resistance" to save innocent Australian souls?

Negotiators

Meanwhile, Australian Federal Police (AFP) Commissioner Mick Keelty says hostage negotiators are on stand-by to fly to Middle East if they are required.

Keelty says the AFP began preparing some time ago in case Australians were taken hostage in Iraq. "Several months ago, when some of the hostage dramas started to play out in the Middle East, we trained up our hostage negotiators in some of the background in the Middle East issues," he said.

By Howard Out 14 September 04

THE DOG: A bit contradictory Scumbo Howard saying he won't negotiate with what he describes as "Terrorists" when in fact they're "resisting occupation, genocide, maiming and torture". That's like riding a motorbike when you're driving a semitrailer and trying to negotiate a hairpin bend taking into account your size! How can you judge the distance when you're deluded?

And Keelty saying he trained up our hostage negotiators in some of the background in the Middle East issues. Question is for what? All they are going to do is stand by and watch you die because Howard won't negotiate with the "resistance" he describes as "Terrorists"?

And could you believe Keelty after the PR stunt behind the SMS attack warning on the bombing of the Australian Embassy in Indonesia allegedly 45 minutes before the bomb blast that he now claims was third hand? Not likely!
