Dean Bryant (Book/Lyrics) & Mathew Frank (Music) met while both studying at Australia’s prestigious music theatre school, the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Their first collaboration, Prodigal, was produced in Melbourne in 2000 and won two Green Room Awards, including one for Best Original Score. In 2002, Prodigal premiered off-Broadway at the York Theatre, becoming the first Australian musical to be produced in New York City. Subsequent musical theatre collaborations include Virgins: A Musical Threesome, which had seasons in Melbourne and at the New York Musical Theatre Festival; Once We Lived Here, which garnered five Green Room Award nominations, including a win for Best New Musical; and The Silver Donkey, based on Sonya Hartnett’s award-winning novel, which enjoyed a successful U.S. tour. Dean’s other cabaret work includes Liza (on an E), I’m Every Woman, Newley Discovered, Experiment: Cole Porter, Josie in the Bathhouse, Gaybies, In Vogue: Songs by Madonna, and Sweet Dreams: Songs by Annie Lennox. His shows have been performed around the world, from the Sydney Opera House to London’s West End. Dean also directed the Melbourne Theatre Company’s production of Next to Normal, The Production Company’s Anything Goes, The Producers, and The Pirates of Penzance, and the Australian premiere of The Last Five Years. He is the Associate Director for Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, having worked on the show in Australia, on Broadway, and around the world.

As musical director, Mathew’s credits include A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum starring Geoffrey Rush, The Drowsy Chaperone and Next to Normal (Melbourne Theatre Company), as well as The Pirates of Penzance (The Production Company). He served as the associate musical director on several other Melbourne Theatre Company shows, including Spelling Bee, Urinetown, The Sapphires, and Poor Boy.

Matthew Foster (Director), a co-founder of Australian Made Entertainment, most recently directed several short plays as part of the company’s reading series, From Down Under to Down Stage. His other directing credits include a stage adaptation of the popular Australian children’s novel Hating Alison Ashley, along with many improv and sketch shows. He also wrote and directed the short films Intervention, Clicked, and Homesick, the last of which is currently on the festival circuit. As an actor, Matthew’s many theatre credits in Sydney include Lend Me A Tenor, Noises Off, Twelve Angry Men, True West, and Miss Julie. Since relocating to the United States, he has appeared in The Exonerated (Secret Theatre), The 39 Steps (Bristol Valley Theatre), My Fair Lady (Allenberry Playhouse), The Taming of the Shrew (Titan), and The Merchant of Venice (York Shakespeare), as well as Australian Made Entertainment's productions of Così and Speaking In Tongues. Matthew's TV credits include House of Cards, Law & Order: SVU, the HBO mini-series Mildred Pierce, as well as Australian shows Home and Away, All Saints, and White Collar Blue.

Katherine DeNeve (Scenic Design) is excited to be working again with Australian Made Entertainment, previously assistant scenic designer of Così. Emily Rose Parman (Costume Design) returns for her third production with Australian Made Entertainment, after previously designing Così and Speaking in Tongues. Ms. Parman began her New York career at Theatre 1010, where in 2004 she won an Off-Off Broadway Award with Lynn Marie-Macy for their design of All’s Well That Ends Well. An Artist in Residence with NYC’s Hudson Warehouse, Ms. Parman just completed her 4th season, designing productions of Complete Works…, King Lear, and The Three Musketeers. Previous productions with that company include Comedy of Errors, The Rover, Richard III, The Seagull, The Taming of the Shrew and Cyrano. In the New York opera scene, Ms. Parman’s work has been featured in productions of Tosca, La Traviata, and the World Premiere of Marrying Mozart with Dicapo Opera Theatre. Regional design credits include Much Ado About Nothing, 42nd Street, Into The Woods, All My Sons, Crimes of the Heart, Big River, and Sarah Ruhl’s Eurydice. David Green (Sound Design) Hailing from humble beginnings at the Adelaide and Melbourne Fringe Festivals, David went on to design and mix sound for Australian seasons of Cabaret, Little Shop of Horrors, Avenue Q, Beauty and the Beast, Dusty: The Musical, Suessical and Hairspray. Once We Lived Here marks his first sound design on foreign soil.

Anna Demenkoff (Stage Manager) is a recent graduate from the Theatre Design, Technology and Management program at Wagner College. She has been Stage Managing in New York City for five years working on various projects. She previously stage managed Australian Made Entertainment's production of Così. Other credits include The Seagull, The Taming of the Shrew and Romeo and Juliet with Hudson Warehouse as their Production Stage Manager;When You Shake the Tree and Shape the Dream with Possible Arts.
